You want Customer Service? You won't get better!! The Staff go above and beyond every time.
It's not 5 * luxury, but the rooms are spotlessly clean and a decent size. Bright and Airy. Breakfast was continental but absolutely gorgeous. Park outside your door. Excellent location. Wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed. Thanks guys 😁

If I could put below poor I would. We turned up to check in and was told we couldn't access our rooms as check in system was down. The manager then told us to book elsewhere as it wasn't his problem would not issue a refund or even an apology. Absolutely disgusting and also no restaurant available as I indefinitely closed. He then logged us as a no show so couldn't get a refund from our provider either.

More of a American style motel than a hotel. My belongings felt very unsecure in the room, it was very hot with no fans or ac. The walls were stained, did not include essentials such as toothpaste or shampoo.

Nice staff but if definitely avoid sadly

The rooms initially really were not fit for purpose. Dirty and smelly. Once I phoned and asked for different rooms they were better but we had to wait until 10pm that evening for them to be ready as they had been fitted with new carpets but still no cups or tea/coffee. And when I asked for them the response from the men were, they get stolen that’s why there isn’t any. We were eventually given one cup between 3 of us.
There was rubbish and dirty laundry scattered in the corridors.

The young girl on reception was lovely and really trying to be helpful. But to me seemed to be super busy and the only one working.

I’m afraid I would not stay here again.

Hairs on bathroom mirror. Towel with brown stains all over. Toothpaste foil from previous occupant. Blind didn't properly shut out light/give privacy. Not enough toilet roll. Restaurant not been open for 5 months but site still listing it as a feature of hotel

I would give no stars. The place was vile,tv remote was disgusting,tv wires taped up,1 mug in the room that was dirty,no spoons,my friend put the shower on and the water was like lava so he slipped in the bath and bruised all his leg,no grips on the bottom of the bath,no plugs, mega loud outside and people talking mega loud all night, the outside was disgusting, rubbish everywhere, tvs, bin bags, cars smashed up and there was an 11 year old at the reception desk taking bookings disgraceful the place needs sorting or shutting down

In 15 years of working away think this is in the top two worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Firstly the reception is grotty and the restaurant is closed and looks like a messy store room, so breakfast is clearly not an option!
The room I had which is a double on the ground floor looks like someone has attempted to paint it and make it ‘fresh’, unfortunately they’ve painted everything including all the bathroom tiles! Talking of the bath, that has a hole in it where it has rotted through, yep I was astonished too! He bed side lamps were hanging off the wall leaving electrical connections exposed, an absolute death trap! Under the bed clearly hasn’t been cleaned in some years and has old crisps etc under it amongst the tons of dust! I’m quite frankly astonished that a company could change any money for this room. Avoid this place like a plague!
