Pool and leisure facilities were excellent. Service from staff throughout my stay was perfect. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I left behind some items by mistake and staff couldn't have been any more helpful in locating and sending me back the items. I had to leave at 6am the next day (breakfast was served at 6:30am) so unfortunately couldn't have the breakfast but have no doubt it would have been good. Cant recommend this hotel enough, would definitely stay again.

Excellent massages again.. The best around. Room clean and tidy. Bed really comfy. 2 night spa break... Food good and bar reasonably priced. Cancelled dinner in restaurant on second night as over bearing waitress telling us her problems and complaining about managers and her team members.... Very unprofessional and made us feel awkward.... Waitress was doing this even as we were eating!!! 2 large private functions also on which meant outside space was pretty much taken both days. Overall a 4 out of 5.

Nice hotel and staff. Dinner menu uninspiring, and expensive for basic meals. A small chicken supreme and chips = £17.50. Not very tasty and small portions!! Going to McDonald's instead would genuinely have been more tasty, more filling and more value. Breakfast was better though.

This was my first visit to this hotel, and it really won’t be my last. I was very impressed by the attitude of the staff, and just how friendly they all are.

Having been checked in by team member, Aerial, I knew this was going to be a good stay.

I was swiftly and efficiently checked in, and went to my room, on the ground floor. As to be expected, it was spotless and well looked after. Everything was in excellent working order, and the bed was absolutely amazing.

Probably the best night sleep I have ever had in a hotel. I’m just sorry that I couldn’t have fitted it into my overnight bag!

As there was a coach party eating in the restaurant, as well as a wedding going on too, I decided to eat out. Whether that was a good decision I don’t know, so I’ll just have to come back again to find out!

Breakfast was a buffet affair, and again the staff were excellent. The food was very decent and stocks replenished constantly. You could order scrambled or poached eggs, omelettes etc, if you wanted them.

There is ample onsite car parking, which is free to guests, and there’s even an electric vehicle charging point too, so very well done.

I didn’t take advantage of the leisure facilities, but I hear that they are very good.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they are visiting the Cheltenham Racecourse, or wanting a break in the area.

Congratulations to the staff, who were very friendly and helpful.

We had such a lovely stay over 5 days. Good service. Polite staff. Food choices very nice & served hot everytime. Hotel & rooms clean & well equipped with Hairdryer Ironing board full-size iron. A security Safe & fridge. Welcome tray & extra 2 free bottles of spring water. Plus telephone.
The only thing we couldn't understand was the entrance door to our room had a one inch gap at the bottom which wouldn't be safe if there was a fire it was the same with the other room doors in same corridor our room number was 28. Also fire doors in corridor where always wide open.

Helpful staff, room was clean, and the food was excellent. Shame the pool area was a bit small. I had a treatment at the spa and my therapist Dani was wonderful. Incredibly professional and very polite and pleasant to chat to, and extremely skilled at her job. A lovely treat, thank you.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. The rooms are fine, clean, reasonably well laid out. However twin and double rooms only have one comfy chair - there are usually two people in a twin or double.
We stayed for a weekend, on the Friday night the meal was dreadful. Cold plates, cold food, poorly cooked. My "classic burger" consisted of two frozen budget burgers with a bit of lettuce, a tiny amount of cheese and two slices of very stale pickle. We had to wait an hour for the pre ordered meal.
However on the Saturday the meal was great, served promptly on hot plates, much better.
For the price I doubt we would stay here again, to describe it as four stars is pushing it, I would say it was three stars at best.

Spent a long weekend there with a gathering of Natural Voice choirs. The hotel is very clean, stylish and comfortable. My room was wonderful, very spacious and spotless. I felt completely relaxed there. The majority of choir members are vegetarian or vegan so our food was mostly so. The main meals were a bit plain in taste, but there was always fresh fruit, salad and grains. We were not eating off the menu. I had a couple of desserts from the restaurant and those were delicious. My only moan is that one young Receptionist gave us slightly off directions to the nearest supermarket, so it took us a long time to find it and get back to our singing. It would be great if they had a copy of typed directions to the nearest utilities on the front desk, as the motorway and nearest new roads are a nightmare to manage if you don't know the area! But the staff were always friendly and helpful, so no negative points at all. Thank you for a lovely stay.
