Staff terrific, food in restaurant was absolutely fabulous with a great atmosphere. The only issue we had was that it looks like the air conditioning has been taken out in the rooms, the vents are there but no controller. So there is a fan which just pushes warm air around. The room was boiling. I mentioned it to reception and bless them they offered another fan which would only have pushed more warm air about. Shame, as we booked a superior room, paid good money and I would expect better.

Had the pleasure of holding our wedding here last weekend. Have to say it was brilliant. The staff/facilities were spot on, couldn't do enough for you. Nothing too much trouble. Everyone really enjoyed the Spinnaker room, fabulous views. Our bridal suite was perfect, loved the flowers and decor. Thanks to all, specially for Franco and Ben who helped run/organise it. 100% recommended. 👏👏👏👏❤️ (better pics to follow)

Lovely stay at this hotel the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and good. Nice size pool with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Room was clean and fresh and the bed very comfy. The breakfast was a good choice freshly prepared and tasty would highly recommend and if visiting goodwood not too far away

My family and I have just come back from staying here for 2 nights. After reading reviews we almost cancelled the day before going but very glad we didn't. Check in was swift and the staff member very helpful, I asked about swapping one of the rooms due to it not facing the front of hotel and although they were fully booked the lady still offered us another option. Room was a good size (facing the harbour) large bed, clean bathroom, enough tea and coffee and fans have been provided in each room. Admittedly it was hot but that's totally due to the weather and not the fault of the hotel. So much the same temperature as my bedroom at home would also have been. Breakfast on both mornings was good, lots of selections and well organised. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite at all times. Offering jugs of ice water throughout our stay, providing anything we needed from reception and gluten free bread at breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal for us as close to the beaches. Car parking was easy and free, leisure facilities and staff there were also good. All in all can't fault our stay at all and would recommend.

Its 00:45HRS! We're in our room and have been for an hour. I've showered and I'm appalled! I've called reception but at this hour and with a fully booked hotel nothing can be done! I've showered and immediately the water from the shower is running into an electric extractor fan which I cannot turn off! I stopped showering! I will not allow anyone else from my family to refresh and use this as its totally unsafe! Also, the shower has completely covered the entire bathroom in water! The toilet is soaked, the toilet roll is completely soaked, the sink... soaked! I've then gone to add the wedding cake into the fridge which to my disgust has another users cheese and the rest of their loaf of bread (3slices bagged) in there! The room is unsatisfactory! Someones toothbrush charger with a note from room 130 from the 9th august. My husbands suit bah went missing from reception and had to be looked for...
There's no air con and 1 fan which is absolutely shocking! We've paid £155 for a DELUXE triple room and there's nothing deluxe about it and it's unsafe with water running into an extraction fan! You know electric and water don't mix! It's too late to sort us, I've been told that by reception! I've videos and pictures of this and I do expect a manger to speak with us before we leave as this is entirely unacceptable. Premier Inn down the road offers better! With safe bathrooms, cleaned rooms and air con! Your reply is expected..

The hotel itself is not bad, it is quite big and what some may call a bit "posh". The building itself and the upholstery need renovation as they are a bit too worn out for the price range. The room we were staying in was a nice sized double room, my only disappointment was that it was above the hotels fans that were so noisy we couldn't sleep. With that said, I accept it is my own mistake I didn't ask for another room upon arrival, nonetheless the girls on the reception were absolutely brilliant and helping. So was the bar and restaurant staff. They have an impressive selection of drinks varying from draught Corona to expensive top notch whiskey. Food was also brilliant.

Well the reception staff were great the room fantastic. That's where the good points END the restaurant staff couldn't care less the kitchen staff didn't even know how to prepare a fish properly IE left the skin on that's what you expect in your local chippy not a 4 star hotel, the server's were miserable the bar staff miserable always polite but no sense of humour, the hotel lacked any soul and the breakfast which is advertised as grilled is a lie it's fried and covered in grease and the tomato never even saw the grill or frying pan. We will not be staying at this hotel again. What a tragedy this place has so much potential especially for getting the younger generations in but sadly not realized what a shame. As the room was fantastic just a shame no air conditioning u have to open the window and then the smell from the harbour hits you and it smells horrendous

Fantastic time ! Excellent food! Reasonable sized room. Large car park Nice size pool with sauna, jacuzzi and steam room Clean modern changing rooms Good location, modern dining room and and separate bar area and lounge room with comfortable seating Special mention to Crystal and Erin in the restaurant and Amber at reception. All made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond Will definitely fine back
