I stayed 2 nights and was here for a wedding so was in the hotel the whole duration. The room was fine and clean. Everything I wanted was there. I found the pillow too soft but once I folded it in half it was fine. I had a good night's sleep. I tried to connect my phone to the TV to play videos but I think you had to pay additional for that.

I would stay here again if it was convenient. I think it's about 20 mins drive from the city.

This is my first week at the Marriott hotel in Leicester, the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable which is good .
The first night in the restaurant was a very welcoming by staff iffat and Elliot, they both were very polite welcoming, our services was to a good standard. The food was really nice I had pizza. The bar staff brought our drinks straight away.
Elliott was looking over our tables and the other guests In the restaurant to make sure everyone was happy with the meals.
I would recommend this hotel to stay at of you visit Leicester anytime.
The other evening meals I had that the restaurant was to a good standard. Staff were to the best again very welcoming. It's my last night tonight and the service is to point yet again.

I stayed here the night before, of and after my wedding. I was greeting with stress as some of my guests who booked multiple rooms on my wedding link were told only 1 of their rooms were actually booked. It took so much time and effort just to eventually get the events manager down to assist. She dealt with it on the day but we still had issues on checkout with payment and the hotel taking more money than required. Overall the hotel is fine, clean and rooms are comfortable but massively let down by the reception staff and lack of communication.

Overall a good stay. Very nice breakfast provided by the hotel. Rooms were clean, large and had lots of amenities. Air conditioning was effective and worked well.
Usually you'd have to pay for parking but the pay machines were broken when we arrived so there was no charge.
Deducting a star because of the bar which was overpriced, slow to serve you, one of the drink glasses we got had lipstick round the edge (which was replaced for free) of it and another pint smelled awful.

Not too far to the city. Great location. Biggest room I've ever stayed in and nice modern art on the walls. Bathroom sparkling clean. Bed was huge, although a little soft for me but that's just personal preference.
Breakfast was of a good standard. Chef had no issue cooking me a fresh egg , instead of opting for the hot plate choice . The waitresses catered to our every whim, bringing fresh coffee and chai with a smile as we ate.
Overall a great experience and will definitely return.

Nice hotel overall. Room very spacious, clean etc. let itself down in a couple of areas - 1. I requested additional coffee machine pods - never arrived. 2. Was at a company event with meal - food was OK but lacked seasoning (none on the table either). 3. my dessert never arrived. Trying to locate a member of staff to request said dessert - impossible.

Hotel was very nice and room was warm and spacious. Food and drink is overpriced (£5.50 for side of chips + added service charge, £5.00 for a pint of lemonade).

I was impressed to see the room had USB charging points in the lights and 'This Works' toiletries, but disappointed there wasn't a coffee machine at breakfast.

The hotel is lovely, and having free electric car charging is a huge bonus - I just wish there were more chargers available! My only real complaint is the parking charge - for the luxury of parking in the hotel’s huge and mostly empty car park I had to pay £6 per night, which was quite a shock given that this isn’t a city centre hotel, and parking is by no means limited. In future I would consider other hotels in the area that don’t spring similar hidden fees on guests.
