Tom's barn is an amazing conversion, really well thought out. We came here as a group of university friends, with a couple of babies. The house was very warm and comfortable, and the noise from the kitchen didn't travel too much upstairs when the babies were sleeping. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic for larger families, we are a family group of 9 and we fit comfortably. Nicely appointed house with lots of nature right outside the door. Only thing I would change would be to upgrade the WiFi router or add boosters to get better and more consistent strength across the house.
