Premier Inn Harlow North (Harlow Mill) hotel

Very reasonably priced as you would expect. Nice location by the river and Beefeater onsite for breakfast. Room was set up well for our family of four. Ample parking at the rear of the property (keep driving round past the first and second lot of spaces). Staff very friendly and helpful but long wait because the one lady on reception has to handle everything. Room was clean but ridiculously hot with no air conditioning and just one fan provided. In need of modernisation.

Decent rooms albeit in dire need of modernisation. Worst wifi I’ve had in a hotel considering it is 2022, to make it worse the network signal isn’t great either! Ironically there is a sign in reception (been there for over 6 months) stating the wifi is being improved!

an older building and a tad tired in itself & decor. Adequate small room: quiet and enablinga great night's sleep. Clean & fresh bathroom. Easy to find - parking available all around the building which I found to be a bit tight. I deal stopover for Stansted airport.

After a really long drive I was greeted by a really nice lady called Claire on the reception. I was offered dinner and breakfast, and it was just a really nice welcome. Really good customer service in general from her.

The hotel smelt nice and the rooms were very clean. Harlow Mill is probably my first choice stay in Harlow now.

Only a 5 star because of the very friendly and welcoming service by Claire.

My particular room was dated and tired.

Rooms not clean at all. Crisp packets (as seen on photos). Extremely dusty corners and crevices of the room ( as seen on photos). Esq smelt of damp and really dirty. To top it off beds not made

Been staying at this site for many years now, making use of the nearby Beefeater for meals. Pleasant staff with Claire on hotel reception a particular star. Always look forward to returning.
