Very nice Romanian chap (apologies, didn't get his name) on Reception who went out of his way to solve my booking mess (my fault). Top front of house staff member in my opinion, polite, smiley, went above and beyond.
I'd like to thank him.

Easy access from the motorway, and very affordable room rates. Rooms were comfortable, well maintained and clean. Only minor complaint was we only got a single bath towel for a double room, but likely just minor oversight - the others in our party had plenty in their room. Breakfast plentiful and good quality. The staff were lovely!

We usually book this place to for work meetings. And breakfast couple of times a year.

Parking no issues
Meeting rooms practical.
Tea and coffee machines decent.

My issue is breakfast buffet menu needs to consider vegan/vegetarian options it’s 2022 not 2015. Update the menu already!

A reliable priced hotel. A bit of a disappointing location especially as they had no restaurant, had to walk through the truck park to get to the motorway service station for outlets. Usual reasonable standard rooms.

I was travelling with family and friends. Stayed there for two nights. Nice clean rooms with air conditioning. Breakfast was very good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in that area.

Clean modern rooms. Friendly helpful staff and easy to get to from motorway. The beds are very comfy! You do have to pay £5 for parking.

I arrived here late on a Friday night 23:30 hours, checked in with no problems, the room was very spacious, it had a place yo hang your clothes, tv, a kettle woth coffee milk and Tea which was a god send after the 4 hour drive from up north, the room had a double bed and 2 singles we was a family of 3 staying in there it was all clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and tidy too with shower gel provided thank goodness I forgot mine. Breakfast was £10 per person, all you can eat and drink, hot and cold breaky, hot and cold drinks,

I'm a regular here due to my situation with work. Theyve been brilliant and very helpful. Only issue is the restaurant hasn't been open for a long time. That's not the staffs fault so don't take anything away from them. It's just something that would be nice if it was fully running again
