Staff there were exceptional always going the extra mile to make out stay more comfortable, from check in with Mac, to breakfast with the breakfast staff who were on all weekend (sorry we didn't get your names!) To the highlight of Richard and Clint. We bonded over working nights and they were exceptional when dealing with a group of drunk men in the bar area who were making us uncomfortable as a group of young women. Couldn't fault any of the staff working that weekend and they all deserve to be commended, especially those named. Breakfast was also delicious, a perfect start to our day which was well needed with how long it was. Considering the events happening that weekend as well the price was cheap and well worth the value you receive. The beds were the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. We will definitely return! Mostly other guests causing issues for us (being loud at night and the drunken men previously mentioned) but all issues were immediately resolved by staff and we couldn't be more appreciative!

Gave four stars for rooms as a slight repaint in the bathroom is needed. Perhaps sanitary bags in the bathroom would be a good touch. The room was excellent and extremely clean, not a spek of dust anywhere. Bed perfectly comfortable wonderful sleep. Picks added are after we slept in the bed. Very spacious.

Hotel with conference/training rooms, they had a great selection of teas from fruit to traditional, coffee on tap. The lasagna on the buffet was beautiful and huge however the buffet did seem laid out back to front, i.e in order of appearance, Breakfast on the left, then bowls, then, main sides then the mains then the plates then cutlery..... All drinks on a separate counter 🤔
Overall I was very impressed, and I definitely wanted to steal the lasagna and take it home 😂

This 6 storey hotel is being refurbished and improved. It's location is easy to find and there is a good amount of parking on-site. Our room is comfortable with 2 double beds, wi-fi, fan, adequate sockets to plug in chargers and other devices. Room phone leaves a lot be desired. Refurbished restaurant is good with a good variety of meals on offer throughout the day.

A fine stay, but nothing special, and if i visited area again i would look at other options. Check in slow. Room key stopped working twice. Rooms quite small, suitable for sleeping only. Chair at desk uncomfortable. Decent sized TV. Bed offers suprisingly good sleep as mattress doesnt feel great when sat on, but absolutely fine when led on. Bathroom clean but tiring, rusty plughole, tired and discolouring sealant, but fine overall. Colleague had to change rooms as no hot water. Aircon loud; arguably overpowered for a small room (a good thing in my opinion). WiFi free and good. Breakfast very good compared to Premier Inn, Jurys Inn, etc. Bar service is very good, very friendly, but drinks expensive. Wind tends to whistle past windows when it blows. My colleague's window was broken.

Excellent service from very helpful staff. Really nice room (a refurbished one) and public areas.
The car park couldn't handle a full hotel but that was exacerbated by a few vans taking up more than one space. Don't arrive after 9pm and expecting a space!
Handy for the NEC and cheaper than the on site hotels there.

The staff were excellent; helpful, attentive and friendly. The menu was short, which I like, and the food was good quality and well-presented. The beds are excellent, wide and comfortable; a quite hard mattress, which we prefer. It is also conveniently situated for the Kenilworth main street and for the surrounding Warwickshire area.

Would be good except there are no stairs up to your rooms. You can only travel up in one of the two lifts. So if someone in the hotel has Covid then everyone has a high risk of catching it. I also dislike lifts anyway. I was able to walk down one of the fire exits but there is not a handle on the stairway to enable you to walk up. Also there is a sign saying you cannot use the stairs. So very disappointed in the hotels understanding of Covid hygiene. When we visited only one of the lofts worked & it is only big enough for around 4 people so no air clearance.
