Travelodge Dartford

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The room had not been cleaned for a long time (room number 1) there was dog hair in the bed and on the floor. The sheets were stained yellow where they haven’t been changed. The amount of dust in the bathroom and grime of yellow in the shower just disgusting. I ran a tissue over this and it came off brown. The windows had hand and grease prints all over them.
We were transferred a different room. The new room was still dirty. There are hand prints on the window and 2 spiders in the bed.
I can’t believe this can happen especially with covid when we need things to stay clean.

Was clean.
Had kettle TV.
Fan to keep room cool if needed.
Best g bath not tiny one.
Hot water.
All you need for a quick stop over.

One of the better travel lodges I’ve stayed in . The employee on front desk was polite and courteous. Said person was cleaning the car park before and after I went over the road for food, nice to see people taking pride in the companies they work for. it goes along way! Standard of the room was decent in terms of cleanliness too. Thanks

One of the worst Travelodge I have ever stayed. We had a corporate booking for 9 people and when one of the colleagues turned up, she was told at the reception that there is no room for her! She had to stay in her colleagues room as a result. When I complained to the manager she was not helpful at all - no apology, only making up excuses why nothing could have been done, trying to use the hotels policy why she cannot issue a refund with no common sense that its none of the customers fault and the hotel is in the wrong for leaving a guest with no room despite the issues they are having with room maintenance. No empathy, understanding, humility or common sense.. Opposite to Newcastle Travelodge where they were so helpful and rectified all issues in empathetic manner and went above&beyond to help us. Service in this one is so awful beyond belief... On top
of that rooms are stinky, one of our rooms was dirty in arrival, no restaurant or decent breakfast. Even two stars are two much for this place. Avoid if you can, you may arrive and have no room despite the fact that you booked.

Stayed a night room was clean. Train station just across the road but wasn't really bothering on my stay car park not ideal for bigger vans and you'll be getting told if you didn't park your vehicle correctly! Been asked to leave a 5 star review on trip advisor that I found a bit cheeky so I leave one on here . No breakfast available might only breakfast go I'm not certain on that tho but a Burger King literally a minute walk

Myself and my partner came here a few weeks ago for a cheap no frills romantic stay. We didn't need a bar or anything, just a nice clean room to reconnect in.....if you get what I mean and it certainly did the job. The hotel itself is a little dated but the only wall I looked at was the ceiling lol. The staff were lovely and accommodating. Especially Abbie on reception. Bubbly, outgoing with a fab sense of humour. Couldn't of asked for nicer staff.

The room was okay. Very cold the heater didn't work properly. The bathroom was full of mildew all around the ceiling, and the smell of mildew in the room wasn't very nice. Wouldn't stay there again

I enjoyed my stay at travelodge Dartford, the receptionist is helpful and the environment is siren. Nice place to relax after a long and stressful day.
