Honestly I can’t believe people give this place 5/5 😂

It was absolutely terrible, staff were pleasant enough but the rooms are a disgrace, I was informed at reception that my room had been ‘upgraded’, well I’d hate to see what I was originally getting.

£275 a night and could hardly swing a cat, it’s so dated, wood panels all rotting away on units and bed, stains on the walls, watermarks running down the walls, filthy window shelf with a bed crammed up against it, bathroom had old toothpaste etc on sink.

I’ve stayed in Radisson Hotels many times and never once left a bad review but these pics don’t lie.

Never again

“The standards of service at your hotel were exceptional. The treatment I received was more than I could ever have hoped for. My late arrival was handled speedily by professional staff members who made me feel so special with their solicitous service. Above all, any demand or issue raised was addressed quickly with a smile on their faces.”

Terrible avoid at any cost. I was traveling on business, and for the first half of the trip stayed at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Berkshire for 4 nights, and then moved to Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex (it was slightly more convenient for last minute meetings, but I didn't anticipate what I was getting into), which is a mere 200-300ft away, 5 minute walk at most. I had identical reservation at both hotels. Both hotels claim 4 stars, both belong to the same family (Radisson), and priced almost the same (10-20 pounds away)...but what a difference. In the Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex they put me in the room size of a closet (literally), if I stand up and stretch I would touch the ceiling.. I tried to get an upgrade, but they wanted extra 80 pounds a night, regardless of the fact that it was a sham and can’t be 4*, and priced the same,…all fall on deaf ears - wouldn’t upgrade unless I open the purse. I wouldn’t condone fraudulent marketing and sheer lie.
My advice - avoid it !!

Tiny rooms. Avoid if you prefer some space to open a suitcase and a desk to work.
On the positive:
Staff were great, as was the location.
5⭐️ breakfast.
Close to Hyde park for the runners.

A great hotel in a brilliant location. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Manager was fantastic and even put an early breakfast out, when I was going out earlier than breakfast was served. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice too. The rooms were clean and tidy but the TV was far too small, especially as it was on the furthest wall from the bed!

rooms are small but reasonably priced for London, breakfast included, staff went the extra mile to give me take away breakfast as I was leaving the hotel early. Room has all the amenities, including iron and a board. Excellent location within walking distance to Marylebone

My stay at the Raddison Blu was lovely. Particularly because of Ibrahim! If you are ever visiting ask for him. My boyfriend & I were well taken care of & he accommodated us beyond measure. Very tidy rooms & bathroom. Honestly can’t speak about him & our stay enough! Enjoy your stay x

Small rooms. Low ceiling. Getting into bathroom a nightmare. No porter for luggage. Hotel was unable to order us a taxi (no concierge). Lack of services a huge challenge. Rating of 4 star questionable. Rates are not exactly cheap at more then 300 pounds a night I expected better.
