Stayed 2 nights here in a double with a shower. This was a very comfortable room. The neighborhood felt very quiet and it was in walking distance of the Marble Arch station. Very comfortable with someone at the reception desk 24hrs. Everyone at reception was incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again. Very clean hotel. Radiator gets very warm. My room also had a fan and the windows do open. There's plenty of options for a comfortable sleep and I slept very well here. Which is typically difficult for me in a city.

PLEASE READ!!!!
We were expecting good things from the marble arch Inn, given its location. The reviews on Google seemed average, and but we decided to make our own minds up and paid approx £80 per night for 4 nights.
Firstly there seems to be no elevator in the hotel, so during your stay you will hear people moving up and down the staircase with heavy luggage at any given time including late at night. At first glance our room seemed OK, but so we dropped off our luggage and went out for the evening returning late. In the morning after sleeping on the hardest bed ever (which caused back pain the the entire stay) I noticed that the sheets were torn in several places and had brown stains on them. I decided to inspect the room. The fan and hairdryer were caked in dust, there was snots wiped on the wall and the towels were also torn. I brought this to the attention of the room attendant, to allow staff the opportunity to fix the problem. We went out for the day and came back to find that one mattress cover had been left on top of the bed (for us to change ourselves) and the sheets with the brown stains remained. We had to complain to the receptionist the next day who ensured this would be rectified. We returned to our room later that day to find that the ripped towels and sheets had been replaced with more ripped towels and sheets, although clean. The snots on the wall and the dust still remained however. The we attempted to look for a new hotel, but given it was the weekend we could not find something at our price range at such short notice. On the final day my partner brought to my attention that some of our (expensive) toiletries had went missing from the bathroom. We knew they hadn't been packed away as we needed them before leaving. We complained to the receptionist who stated defensively no one had been in our room the previous day, which we knew was untrue as clean towels had been delivered and put away. I explained that I was unsure if the items had been broken by mistake and cleared away by staff hoping we wouldn't notice, or stolen. But either way we wanted refunded for them. The receptionist said he wouldn't even know who would have access to the room (which seems a little worrying) and attempted to dismiss us as new guests were entering the hotel. Eventually we were told to send an email to management along with our bank details so a refund could be given for the missing items. We did eventually recieve the refund but were advised in a response email that the staff deny any knowledge of the of our missing property... 😏🙄🤨😒

The management kindly allowed me to move my booking they were very helpful and on our arrival Made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless and perfect for our one night stay we will definitely be going back next time we go to London.

For an inexpensive hotel it is perfect. It is super clean albeit the rooms and bathrooms are small. We stayed in the family room which had plenty of beds. It fit my family of four just fine with a wee bit of room for a friend. They did not have air condition but the fan worked excellent despite it being a warm day. Location is perfect, neighborhood is safe and it's not far from public transportation. Plus the desk receptionist was keeping a keen eye to make sure who was there is suppose to be. I will be returning for sure. It's all we need for a great stay. My only advice for visitors is bring your own soap and shampoo. Beyond that all is excellent with a very fair price.

My teenage niece and I stayed here during August 2022.
Although we didn’t spend much time in our room except for sleeping, it had all we needed from two comfy beds to a clean shower room (bedding was also clean - reference to previous posts). We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.
The staff on reception were extremely polite and helpful. Also, the location was excellent, we were able to walk to so many places of interest. Plus there are some decent places to eat & drink very close by.
I would definitely recommend staying here, it's not 5* luxury but a decent place to rest one's head after a full on day exploring London.

4 rooms per floor, no elevator, was on about 5th floor. The floors felt weak. As I was walking up the stairs and in the room, I had concerns of falling through the floor. Room had 2 twin beds and could barely walk around in the room. Very small. It was clean.

The pillow cases and the bed was dirty.I left by the moment i saw the room and the bed.

Despite the fact that the hotel provides a comparative cheap option close to the city center, this cannot and should not be a reason for the business to neglect the most important thing, which is to have clean rooms and beds.

I wouldn't recommend.

I had got a special price but you have taken double the sum with money. I had asked for a singel room but it was a room with a double bed and one singel bed.Since 20 years I have visited many countries but none have taken the double sum.
