The price here was the main attraction. £63 for B&B and free parking is excellent.
Place was easy to find via Google and the guy I met on arrival was friendly and helpful. First impression of the room was that it is a good size, with double bed.
After a little while, some issues started to appear. 1. Window opened up onto the main road. It was noisy and it woke me up several times 2. Closing the window just made the room hot 3. Window in the bathroom did not shut properly so it was freezing in there 4. Room had not been properly cleaned with dust in a number of places - see pic
I found the bed to be too hard for my tastes, but appreciate that this is down to preference.
I was met at breakfast the next morning by a guy who just told me to help myself. Mainly all that was available was cereal and some toast. I wasn't offered any cooked breakfast at all and indeed after I had finished I couldn't find anybody to speak to either. I came down to check out, couldn't find anybody at reception, couldn't find anybody in the kitchen or the restaurant so I just left my keys on the counter and had to leave without getting a receipt.
I think it might be alright if you're coming to visit Hampton Court or all the area but for a business person despite, the very good value that it offers, it isn't actually that an attractive place to stay so I wouldn't be staying here again.

It's just a bit weird. There is no online booking you have to email or phone them to reserve a room. When you turn up the hotel is all locked up and you need to phone a number on the door to get access and they tell you your room number . Once in you get in you pick up your key from the desk and go to your room. The rooms are clean and modern and the continental breakfast was good. The road noise is constant all night which the double glazing struggles to muffle.

WARNING! This so-called hotel needs closing down asap before someone is either hurt or worse. We booked this via Airbnb and it was a disaster. No running cold water in the sink. No shower head attachment. I am reporting this to the relevant authorities for reasons I am unwilling to share on here. STAY CLEAR!

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACCOMMODATION.
Well, what can I say. The accommodation didn't look anything like the photos on the Airbnb listing.
It looked like someone had taken an abandoned building and decided to rent out a couple of rooms.
The reception area looked like it had been cleared out by bailiffs. It was in darkness, even during the day, so no idea if there was any electricity.
There was mould in the shower. The lid on the bathroom bin was missing.
I was connected the day before I was due to arrive to tell me that there was renovation work being carried out. There was no sign of any work being done.
I was also told there was no wifi.
I was there for 45 minutes before leaving. That time was spent attempting to book somewhere else.
Airbnb secured me a full refund and informed me the property had been delisted.

Run down ex hotel selling rooms under airbnb. Do not book. Musty, rooms and linen disgusting. Host delays check-in and won't refund second night due to 24 hour rule. Likely scam.

We had a one nights stay here. Ernest made us feel really welcome on check-in and the following morning at breakfast. Our room was very clean. We had the Continental breakfast which was great value. Will stop here again when in Hampton Court

Could have given minus if I could. Arrived the very first day finding the bathroom covered in diarrhoea and left the hotel the very next day. You could tell the bathroom had not been professionally cleaned for some time. Found stained (yellow towel). Also couldn't sleep through the night due to bad air-conditioning, bad bed mattress ( your back was diving until reaches the floor) and noises from outside exhaust fans. Requested full refund (after promised by receptionist), chased this with Booking.com, I don't think I am ever going to get it back.
Edit: Recently got an email from booking.com letting me know that they couldn't resolve the issue and the hotel has been uncooperative. I've lost my refund and time to chase it up. Don't even bother booking...

It was absolutely DISGUSTING. DO NOT GO THERE. I went there a few weeks ago and it was absolutely atrocious. The toilet was not cleaned, the bathroom was a mess, the sheets were not changed and the floors were not vacuumed. Bare in mind we are still in a pandemic... Tried to get my money back but no luck. Save your money and go somewhere else.
