garbage everywhere, garbage opening windows as well. rooms tv doesn't work, everything breaks down, stinks, a bad place full of addicts. leaving the deposit as soon as you leave somewhere in the room something breaks that you just don't have to return the deposit. mice run everywhere. I was really, very disappointed. deceivers do not recommend

This is a hotel with limited amenities and small rooms. It is very very low cost and the front staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They will do what they can with what the facilities allow. The negative reviews here are overblown and frankly xenophobic. Although I would recommend only book here if you simply need a bed, shower and nothing more.

The pictures are misleading. Our room was not only not as described, but also way smaller and dirty. The furniture smelled like beer. Stains on the walls as well as the ceiling. Constant water leaking behind a broken piece of Wall next to the toilet. Also found a few spiders, some black goo on the coffee cups. A rusty trash bin and a sticky hairdryer. The "lobby" was not better. Broken lights, mold on the ceiling, stains and food leftovers. The staff was very unfriendly aswell. And apparently didn't see anything that wasn't normal.

Great for a quick stay in Barking area of London, check in was smooth and quick, with helpful staff.
My room and bathroom suite small which was different from what I seen in pictures.
There's no parking on site as it's on a major road.

We booked this hotel before reading the reviews which was quite a silly thing to do… We were anxious to say the least after reading them. However, the hotel was lovely - of course there were a few marks on the wall and the TV didn’t work (we believe it was the batteries in the remote) but it was a good place to stay! They provided us with shampoo and bodycare essentials, as well as some tea and coffee - the only downside was that the bed was quite uncomfortable. The staff were lovely and answered any requests we had, though we did acknowledge that they came into our room while we were out to give us fresh towels without pre asking us if we’d like that. They greeted us with a smile every time we entered and wished us good morning/night. We would happily stay again - It’s a budget hotel and you get what you paid for!! Please bare in mind it is in Ilford so the area is quite sketchy.

I got the “king sized bedroom with an onsuite “
When I told the guy at reception that I have 2 single beds put together he said that it’s bigger than a king size bed anyway and I said that that’s not the point and all he said was that he will let the Maneger know . I wouldn’t recommend this it wasn’t great at all and for £170 for the night plus £14 parking as they didn’t supply any even thought when I booked it online they said they did

Perfect location for bus routes. Small shops/cafes, plus shopping mall round corner. Room suitable as base for sleeping, a bit of maintenance needed, but shower and toiletries good, TV worked and bed comfy.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. This hotel is currently under police investigation as hotel staff has stolen my tablet. Plenty of the rooms facilities were kept unclean such as dark mould like stains in the bathrooms drains, non-functioning air conditioning of which asked upon the staff who refuses to switch it on, broken ventilations so you essentially roast and sweat in a room that smells if cigarettes and weed and lastly condescending receptionists. The cleaners are currently under investigation so if somehow you’re at the hotel right now, I heavily suggest to double check your possessions as they will not make an effort to contact you but steal them instead. The star rating they have is a huge illusion, they aren’t worth the hassle and there’s plenty of better hotels in the area. I wouldn’t come back even if it was free
