Pretty standard Premier Inn with recently installed air conditioning. As this isn’t built into the building it’s a small air-con unit in the corner of the room blowing directly at one of the beds but not the other. So on a hot night one bed will be cold and the other still warm.
Staff were friendly, easy parking and the Beefeater restaurant next door provided a good breakfast, also handy for dinner if needed.

Stayed here with the Mrs and boys after a day out at Chessington that's the only reason it gets 5 stars for location.
We have stayed at many premium inn before and they have all be brilliant.
Unfortunately I can't say the same about this one yes i know it's budget hotel but this is the worst premier Inn by far.
The room was grotty dents in the walls Paint was flaking off the walls in many places and mold in the bathroom.
It really could do with a revamp.

Rooms are a bit dated with small bathrooms. No fridge, had to store medication in staff fridge which meant I was up then down when I needed to get it to administer to daughter. Also heat wave and no where to keep drinks cool. Also no expected extras like cotton buds, just soap and body wash in a dispenser. Pathetic amount of tea and sugar in room (one sachet was no more than 1/4 of a teaspoon) had to keep asking for more at reception. Were English and in England, we drink tea. Recommend popping into m&s petrol station down the road to stock up, less hassle.
Good location right next to Chessington. Sadly no hot breakfast as something was down in the kitchen. Staff on reception did say we would get a refund and took details but still not received two weeks later. No lift to upper floor, so if you have mobility difficulties book ground floor.

Stayed here for one night, place looked really run down. Outside was very shabby and certainly needs some attention ie,rotten wooden railings by the entrance, Our bed looked like it would fall apart at any moment, reception staff didn't really seem interested in our comments. We use premier inn on a fairly regular basis mainly in the southeast and find them generally well looked after and good value, this one however disappointed.

Room was nice and clean but needed a bit of TLC, air con was a little lacklustre unless you sit right under it.

Booked as it was a 5 min walk to Chessington, pub on the side is great for breakfast and a evening meal but book ahead.

Poor really. Given a disabled Room, the bathroom flooring was dirty, there was a crack in the TV screen across the full width. Couldn't access the heating panel on the wall, the room was freezing.
Not good enough Premier Inn, sorry.

Hotel was a complete disgrace, the first room we were given had mould between the tiles in the bathroom paint flaking off the wall in the room itself of which flakes were even on the floor the the damp mould smell made it impossible for us to stay in the room!!! Maybe a visit from the environmental health wouldn't go amiss after complaining to staff we moved to our second room this time as well as mouldy smell toilet was leaking heater did not work. Moved to room 3 heater work bed had seen better days but as we were on a trip for a special occasion we decided to stay. The Staff at the hotel were as helpful as possible but the hotel and the Premier Inn group have massively let them down in a big way I will certainly be writing a complaint and may even be writing to environmental standards

Not far off the M25.
Stayed here so I could get a train into London for an appointment. It is within walking distance (0.8 miles) of Chessington south station on the line to Waterloo.
It is very close to Chessington World of Adventure, which I walked past on my way to the station.
The room was smaller than other Premier Inns I have used. Everything you needed was there. The bed is the most important and was comfortable, as usual.
The heater worked well until the air conditioning unit, directly above it, kicked in & cancelled out the heater.
Couldn't work out the electronic controls & there's no on / off switch on the aircon. Ended up turning both off & got into bed.
There was an unpleasant strong smell of musty damp from the bathroom. It looked superficially clean but I had to keep the door closed to stop the smell permeating into the room.
There is a Beefeater next door. Can't comment on it as I didn't go there.
