I liked the artwork in the hotel, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Our room was adequate though barely bigger than the double bed. The blind was too small for the window, the bathroom sink took a long time to drain and one of the plug sockets was temperamental.

I was disappointed that there was no breakfast but there was a lovely cafe just around the corner so it wasn't too much of a problem.

Be aware that the on-site restaurant now serves Indian food, not Japanese food (it still says Japanese in some places).

Overall, not a bad hotel but just needs a little more TLC.

Great location to explore London. Excellent value for money. We only had a small room which was fine for us but people with mobility issues or bigger build may struggle with this size room. Other size rooms were available. Lovely garden at the back.

Clean, soft towels, comfy bed.
Staff were friendly and there was quality street chocolates on the reception desk!!

Our room was small but adequate for 1 nights stay. It was on the roadside so it was very very noisy all night and the curtains were too small for the window.

The shower drainage wasn't great so only a short shower could be had through fear of causing a flood.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Shower was great. 2 minutes walk to the tube station. We didn't get to try the restaurant but the smells coming from there were very nice

The hotel is on the busy Uxbridge Road. The double glazing does nothing to deaden the noise from the road. The shower was lovely and powerful but unfortunately the drain was blocked so the water was in danger of over flowing onto the bathroom floor. The hotel does not offer breakfast at all. The room was clean, the towels were lovely and soft and did not smell like the towels you get in some hotels (towels smelling of smoke), the lady on reception when we arrived was very friendly. Very expensive for what it is would not stay again.

Interesting hotel. Spacious room. Nice garden and bar. Good location for a West London visit. 100 £ deposit on arrival was strange. But the coffee machine in the room helped forget any hassle. Limited hotel parking, but the North Acton station car park is just near by, pay via app only.

Wonderful welcome, great friendly staff.
Lovely personal touch of chocolates and congratulations card for my sons graduation day.
Hotel was decorated beautifully, rooms were great.
Only one negative: the bathroom could have been touched up as skirting was old and rotting as shower was leaking a little.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms. Staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately despite chasing 5 times the phone in my room did not work for the 2 nights I stayed. The wires had actually been cut. Just kept being told that it had been reported to maintenance. This meant that I had to keep going downstairs to Reception to ask about; towels, heating, key card not working, replenished coffee etc. There is no lift! In addition no guests are allowed in the rooms. I had a friend visiting from the USA for a few hours. We had to sit in the bar. Don't understand the policy particularly as you have to leave a £100 deposit in the event of any damage. Would be better if they had shutter blinds, as the houses opposite can see right inside the room.
