Booked for a friends sightseeing tour in a London. Incredible price for the location and we didn't have high expectations but it turned out to be perfect for what we needed. Clean, well maintained rooms. Ensuite with a great shower. Breakfast was brilliant - cereals, toast, yoghurt, fruit and boiled eggs. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We are planning to come back.

Would've loved to give this place a proper review, but my flight to London was cancelled and I could no longer make my trip. This hotel charged me for my entire week-long stay anyway. Things are so unpredictable these days, better book with a hotel that's a little more lenient and forgiving with circumstances out of your control.

A fine hotel in a prime location. An easy walk to lovely restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Kensington Palace Gardens. Rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, wonderfully efficient, and very helpful.

nice hotel with very kind and helpfull staff. bus and train goes every 7-10 min and very easy to travel around. breakfast has little choice but ok to have some food before heading out.

Rooms are great! The bathrooms can use a bit of help but great otherwise!
The service is very nice and helpful! Good job!
Location is beautiful. There is a great view from the seating area and great breakfast too! Do highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly. The rooms were clean but damaged in places such as the carpet, ceiling and a broken lamp.
However, I think with these problems the price is fair.
There was a cozy feel and I liked the colourful design. Breakfast was good. It included pain au chocolat, croissants, muffins, bread/toast, cereals, yogurts, a coffee machine and orange and apple juice. I think the hotel is good value.
It is in a great location near tube and bus stops in a nice neighbourhood, and there are plenty of options for food. I would recommend this hotel 🏨

Worst client service experience ever ! My flight to London got cancelled last minute. I contacted the property to refund my pre-booked stay, since i wasnt going to make it for the reserved day. This can happen to all of us after all. I believe we have to be nice people to one another, since all of us can be in this situation .The hotel decided though not to assist me and not to return my money for the night i didnt stay in. Very disappointed! would never ever do the mistake to book this hotel again, when in town and will pass the word to all my friends.

The rooms are old and perhaps the whole hotel needs a refurb but the location is great as it is close to the underground station and surrounded by various restaurants and shops! The breakfast was basic but enough to jump start your day. Value for money for a weekend getaway!
