It does the job just for a night. I stayed in a single room which is small but enough for a night. Bed was comfy and the room had a kettle with coffee and tea etc. The shower was pretty good although small. Overall it is a very basic hotel. Really convenient foe kings cross travel. Just 5 minute walk from the station. The staff at the hotel are also very nice. My only complaints are it could do with a bedside table and somewhere to hang the towel in the bathroom after using it. Also my room was a little noisy on a Saturday night because it's not got double glazing however despite that it was nice and warm considering it was snowing outside. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap place to stay near kings cross.

Most of the reviews are correct. The hotel is clean which is the most important in my books. However the rooms are basic, and Street noise is high. However I think the hotel has made the best of the location and premises it has. Staff work hard to be helpful and friendly. So for a budget hotel in a very convenient location this is good choice. However just because of the size and basic room I would only want to stay a night or two.

Didn't see a lift so if you are not good with stairs you may have difficulties.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights in the beginning of May 2018. This hotel was really nice for a couple just looking for a clean, safe place to stay with great access to the city. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and we were able to leave our bags after checkout for a late flight out.

The rooms are very tiny, but if you're looking to simply use the room to sleep and shower, it's perfect. They provide a kettle for tea, toiletries, and daily housekeeping. I would highly recommend this hotel. You get what you pay for!

Superb location only a few minutes walk from St Pancras and King's Cross stations. Room not of great quality but acceptable for a few night's sleep. Bed really comfy. No window but there's a sky window which allows the sunlight/moonlight to sink in. Bathroom fairly small although the orientation of the toilet is acceptable. The sink is a little bit small which can be improved. The shower is absolutely rather nice to use, with strong water pressure and hot water coming out on demand. It would be nice if there was a rack to place soap/shampoo or other toiletries though. Overall a nice accommodation if you just want to sleep a few nights. The price is a little bit steep but it owes that to the superb location.

Please read to the end. A difficult one to rate with great accuracy to be honest.
It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, so much so the door hit the double bed before it completely opened and the room was just over a foot long than the bed.
The en-suite was narrow but accommodate a clean and tidy WC, small basin and single shower.
The room was small. But having said that it was clean tidy, had an en-suite, tea and coffee making facilities and a TV with remove control. And it was very well priced for its location. Allowing us to spent the night in London and catch the train from Kings Cross / St Pancras very early the next morning.
I would suggest if you stayed here that you packed any change of clothes and toiletries needed for your onward journey from here in a small bag or case as there is limited room to open a larger case in the room although it could be opened on the bed.
All in all I would stay here again for certain journeys or outings as its location and cost outweigh the downside of a small room.

Room and bathroom very tiny. Still bed was quite comfortable and room was kept clean. Did not hear much traffic or other noise. Personnel were friendly and helpful and the location is very good. If you are just looking for a basic place to stay while in London it'll do the job. But if you want comfort, I would not recommend it.

You get what you pay for. The price is correct for the facilities on offer in this location.

Unfortunately it is very well worn and needs redecorating all over. However, if this is a problem for you, you should be paying more money for a room in the first place.

The staff are very friendly and the bedding and bathroom are clean. The bed I had was fairly comfy, so I have no real complaints.

Good for the price with ensuite rooms. Staff are excellent and really helpful. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable but generally quite basic, fine for a short stay or if on a budget. The only downside is that the hotel is on quite a busy road so you experience a lot if noise from that.
