The noise coming from the children running around screaming at the front of the hotel is constant It’s been reported several times but the staff have done nothing about it.

I really enjoyed my stay here, honestly wanted to stay longer than the 4 days I stayed. The hotel has a good location - it's close to the bus station, restaurants and a big Sainsburys which is a few minutes walk from it.
The hotel provides parking although I did not need it. I booked a room with a double bed and it comes with a TV as well. The room was quaint and neat, lots of towels provided, and it had air conditioning which was crucial for the hot weather. The bathroom was a very good size, honestly I think it was my favourite part of the room. I loved the design and colour of the room, I suppose it has something to do with the history of the area (as an aspiring architect, I enjoy these little details).
I think the interior of the hotel is wonderfully decorated and contrasts with the exterior though. From the outside, you'd think something completely different, however when you go in, it's decent. Within the hotel, a vending machine for bottled water and snacks is provided. There was also a microwave located in the lobby of the reception which I wished I knew earlier (so take note in case you're on a budget and don't want to spend lots of money on takeout).
The service I received was great - I lost my oyster card on the hotel premises, and the reception called me when it had been found. They were also willing to keep my luggage for me after I checked out. If I ever need to come back to London, I will be looking to stay here again.

Very pleasant stay here. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom facilities were all in perfect working order.
The hotel is not offering dining facilities yet, but does have a bar which offers hot drinks too.
There is secure parking on site which is chargeable by the hour, or 24 hour period.
I would stay here again, and found it good value for money.

Staff are lovely but the hotel and rooms are in need of some maintenance. The mattress was horrible, really soft and I could feel the springs poking through which made the bed feel lumpy. There was a massive ditch in the mattress and two bulbs in the room where not working.

In addition to this I found the bathroom, although lovely and clean, very dark due to poor lighting. Not ideal for trying to get ready and do make up.

The irony of this is that the quote in the room inspired me to take the photos.

I was very disappointed to know after my partner and i paid for parking we were being charge £60 penalty. we had proof of our payment and still the shady company that is associated with this hotel is still writing to use, trying to get money from us and possible affecting out credit score. the rooms was lovely , but service was not nice

Shocking. Booked back in September only to turn up today to be greeted by security, things looked very strange from the outside. After being denied entry i was told it wasn't possible i had a booking, the security guard didn't want to go and get any sort of manager. After waiting 5 minutes the manger finally arrived, he was very unhelpful too shifting the blame to the booking site unfairly as clearly they hadn't informed the booking site to refund all customers booked recently.

Now this left me and my partner in a terrible situation, stuck in London with nowhere to stay and this hotel couldn't of cared less.

After this shocking news we had to sort out other arrangements which cost nearly an extra 200 pounds! This was a very stressful time for us and all caused by the hotel.

Now a warning to all bookings and anybody looking at this hotel. The truth lies on these reviews, looking back on the events of being turned down and the security. This makes sense, this hotel is turning into a refugee camp.

One review I found here states "They did not tell anyone, not even their long term residents of staff. All long term residents were given a notice of 10-13 days to get out, some offered “250 pounds” to essentially stay quiet about it.

This is unacceptable, a complete lack of communication and a failure of care from this hotel. Best Western head office of course must know something about this whole situation and it's a shame really they have completed ruined any reputation for me after this experience

We booked this hotel nearly two years ago, for an event to be told two days prior to our stay it would be cancelled due to a major electrical fault. I completely understood and was promised a refund in 24 hours. Due to the short notice it was a struggle getting a hotel…. I understand things can happen out of your control. But then 48 hours after still not having a refund and now being told 3-5 working days and it still hadn’t been actioned. not having any helpful support from the hotel staff/management, Think it’s been disgusting.

The Hotel was convenient and clean there was a wait to check in and we had to wait an hour for our room as it was not ready. It was hard to get information from staff, but we put this down to them being busy. Room was very clean with no issues. The window was unable to be opened, but there was Air-Con which worked well. Breakfast was a grab and go bag which had sandwiches apple orange juice and pastries in and a blueberry muffin. There is a car park, but we didn’t make use of it.
