Absolutely loved my experience at Hilton hotel T4. Every single member of staff are incredible.
The room is a good size and you can’t hear any airplane noise.
The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu was lovely, such a wide range of choices.
A small gym but still a gym available.
I was there for a 5 day work event and everything went very smoothly. I’d happily visit and stay there again.

My partner and I had a really wonderful time here. Our first room had a bit of a musty smell, so they very generously switched us to another room with no problem at all. Everything was super clean and comfortable. As for the restaurant/bar, it was definitely one of the best food and drink experiences I’ve ever had at any hotel — especially an airport hotel! I will definitely be back whenever I’m flying to/from Heathrow.

This is my favourite hotel at Heathrow. As it's attached to T4, it's really easy to get to. If you arrive at T2, 3 or 5 give the internal trains a miss and catch the local bus service. It's much faster and easier. Train connections from T4 to T5 can easily take 45 minutes as the timetables don't align. The hotel staff are excellent, the rooms are of a good standard and very clean. The maintenance is spot on, air con is good and, for a 24 hour hotel, it is very low noise. The breakfast is very good and caters for all different types. The exec lounge is also very clean and well kept. There are always snacks and drinks available and the evening canopies are enough to replace dinner.

The only issue can be if your arrival times with the arrival of an Emirates crew who also use the airport. Whilst the crew check in at a separate desk, they can be the size of an army and tend to clog up the lobby - you do have to fight through and lifts can be delayed as they only really take 4-5 people with luggage.

Had a great stay at Hilton London Heathrow (Terminal 4)! We prepaid for the room because it was that much of a price difference. Had originally looked at staying in the city, but thanks to some insight, it helped me change that mindset. The hotel upgraded from a King Room to a King Executive Room. Doesn't seem like much, but it was appreciated. I had requested early check-in on the app (not sure if that's really needed since I'm Diamond), but they had our room ready by 8:30 in the morning, which was such a huge help coming off a 6-hour time change.

I had mentioned that it was the wife and I's anniversary, and they actually decorated the bed with petals and folded towels in the shape of two swans kissing. That was an awesome touch.

The lounge is on point, and the continental breakfast was really good when we went. Bed was great, food was good, shower was pretty decent. Amenities and such were good. The only criticism I had was the connected restaurant shutting down and still helping guests, but when we sat there they didn't talk to us and I had to go up to the bar to find out about the services (bar only) offered. Only one option for late room service. Other than that, convenient location to the tube, walking distances from the terminal, and a really good area to get started if you visit London! Would come back here and stay again in a heartbeat.

Nice and quite hotel.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
Polite and helpful staff.
Breakfast has a wide variety of items and an omelet station..
Location is not bad as it seams, it’s connected to terminal 4 which you can get the metro or the tray to go around very easily..
Nice experience.

Due to an early flight we booked to stay here and from start to finish it was perfect. I usually find airport hotels to be a bit of a let down but this Hilton is absolutely on point. Great friendly welcome, well appointed clean and modern room with a super comfy bed. The team in the restaurant were brilliant, warm and just so friendly, chatty and helpful. The food choices were good and the overall experience was exactly what we needed.
Would definitely book again, a lovely experience!

Stayed here a few times now, service is consistently excellent. Being attached to Heathrow T4 definitely helps. I was pleased to have received a confirmed upgrade prior to arrival which was a nice touch. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Service in the restaurant at breakfast was great, food was well prepared too. The executive lounge was also well stocked (very busy though). Would stay here more often if it was located closer to the centre of London although having the Elizabeth line does help. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, will happily return.

Great airport hotel. I have definitely seen worse airport hotels. And considering the location and price I would definitely recommend this one.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Including fresh fruits, vegan yoghurt and pancakes.
I really appreciated the attentive service. The breakfast staff was very accommodating and even the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was very quiet and clean. But some of the furniture was pretty worn down and could use a touch up. I slept great, but the mattress might be a bit to hard for some people.
