Homestay Hotels

We reserved a premium room online and fully paid for it. We received an email confirming our booking and even paid £10 more to guarantee the booking. On arrival we were rudely told there was no reservation under our name. The reason they said we must have booked the same time as someone else and we were not going to get a refund. We were however offered another room and had to pay for it. The rooms are way smaller and nothing like the pictures. I did not enjoy my stay here.

Absolutely terrible!! On arrival asked where the car park was, given directions which ended up being a bit of land at the back of someone’s garden. Also was informed of the parking coat until it landed in my bill.
The room was damaged which they clearly knew about before I arrived and blamed the visitors from the previous week.
The toilet seat was broken in half the one side, the shower knob was broken and came off making it difficult to turn the shower off. The blind was broken and did nothing. Once I asked about it they came and put a sheet up. The electrics wasn’t working and we’re effected by the room next doors kettle. The chair in the room was broken, the seat had collapsed in.
The breakfast chairs around the tables are so sunken it was uncomfortable to sit down. The hotel is a terrible stay, I left feeling tired and ripped off!

It was a Magnificent stay! All the staff are friendly, nice , attentive! The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and very clean and it smells so good! Over all its great! Highly recommended. We stayed here last night and it is a delightful little hotel. We arrived late after a long journey and the staff was very welcoming. Rooms are clean and v.nicely put together. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff Pinky made food marvelous All the staff were very welcoming and friendly mostly i like Gary and pinky on the staff they are so cool and friendly people. A great little hotel. Thanks

Very clean and tidy. Newly refurbished Comfy beds. I read previous reviews and had mix thoughts on whether to choose homestay or another hotel. However I've used most of them but compared to all this stay was the best and the staff are amazing so helpful. And 1 minutes walk to Hounslow Central Unground 30 sec route to high street.

My favorite part of the hotel was the bar and dinner. It's very clean and huge. The front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. However, the restaurant staff has a good training on customer service. The room I got was clean and big enough.

Homestay Hotel is really worth the price. Spacious rooms and other services like in-room massage but their staffs is the GEM of this hotel! Their customer service is right on par. A day before of our arrival, I asked if they can accomodate my request for the couple who will be celebrating their wedding anniversary in their hotel. I requested for flowers and petals in the room. After a few minutes of my message, they immediately called me and happily granted my request. It was the best surprise that the wife has ever received on their wedding anniversary! To the wonderful staffs of Homestay Hotel, you made our vacation an AWESOME one! More power to you all! Thank you!

An exceptionally peaceful hotel, with beautiful view. The staff really went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious vegan options. Highly recommend

Nice little cosy hotel - very close to the tube station which will get you directly to central London - the room was clean and tidy - the host had great comms - we had breakfast and it was quite nice freshly cooked by a super star lady named Pinky - she cooks with love and makes you feel at home - our expectations were met 100% and it is a very good price as well considering what the competition has to offer. If you are looking for a great high quality budget place look no further!
