Enjoyed a pleasant stay at the hotel, that I found family friendly.
Very nice and quiet room with a bathroom that could offer a proper hot shower with good water pressure, something many hotels can't offer. Big plus.
Nice and very helpful people at the reception prior to and during our stay.
Feel bad for the kitchen service staff though, they appeared to need more hands.
They did everything they could to keep up, but on our last morning there everyone had to wait for even the basic foods at the breakfast buffet and the staff obviously did ALL they could.
We are very happy with our stay at the Holiday Inn Express London Hammersmith though. It's a very nice and comfortable hotel that offers a pleasant break from the busy beautiful town of London.

Nice hotel with fair price, room with A/C which is important during hot summer. Friendly staff and we were able to check in a bit earlier when room was ready. Breakfast was plenty, and also a nice pub the Plough & Harrow is just down the hotel. Only things to note that the room is pretty small - there was almost no space left other than the beds; also the location is bit far from core London - however there are two underground stations nearby about 10 minutes walk, so as long as we got familiarized with the underground, it was not an issue.

Had two rooms - couple and couple+2.

The location of the hotel is superb! Close to hammersmith stations, nice neighbourhood with many restaurants, pubs, primark, etc nearby.
The hotel facilities on the other hand were quite disappointing with many maintanance issues. The hotel staff were very helpful and did their best to mend issues however it is clear that the infrastructure should be improved.

For a couple the rooms are very spacious, however with the extra bed for the kids - very hard to move around the room.

Breakfast was overall good for an english breakfast, reasonable variety but no vegtables or cheese.

Cleanliness was ok overall, house keeping every day.

Good value for the money but need to set expectations properly - a bed and breakfast

Great hotel, nice breakfast. There are some good deals on the web, like for 2 nights this hotel is only £30, or spend £15 for a breakfast voucher.
Keywords to include: Good hotel, good breakfast, cheap
Product Review: Well this is a nice hotel. It's clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food. The hotel is also right next to the tube station.

Very long time to check in and was told payment was needed (it was prepaid). The room I was put in was dirty and very tired. Breakfast was decent enough. On the penultimate night, water started leaking into my room from the AC unit. They were happy to move me to another room and give me vouchers for a drink at the bar. The next day, I returned to my room and it hadn't been cleaned. A catalogue of errors really. I won't be staying here again.

The staff at breakfast are so nice, keep things clean, make sure the food is fresh and delicious.
So many things to choose from too. It made our trip to London run smoother knowing we had a great breakfast to start the day.🇬🇧 Thank you Hammersmith Holiday Inn Express

So looking for a more reasonably priced hotel IN London, and not on the fringes of the town. Holiday Inn is, of course, well known brand, but at this relatively low price? It was outstanding. Well maintained, did not look tired, was clean and modern. ALL the staff were pleasant and helpful...and there was a full breakfast included...amazing. the rooms were well appointed...definitely a keeper. 10 minutes walk to the tube station.

The breakfast was okay but there wasn't much option of choice for what you eat and it was very expensive. The hotel room didn't provide any shampoo or conditioner just hand soap. But the location of the place was very easy to travel to the underground or by car
