I've been a rep for nearly two decades and this is one of the hottest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in! 30°C!!!
Poor room fan and awful ventilation. Of course, NO AC.
FOH staff are very good.
Rooms are fine but the lack of AC in summer is a real drag. I'll ask the office to book elsewhere in the summer but happy to stay in the winter months.
Location, for the airport, is very good.

Staff are friendly, rooms are clean but it’s shocking there isn’t any air-con.
Room 214 also has the lifts behind the wall of the headboard so constant noise through the night with the lifts moving and people going up and down the stairs. Good night sleep guarantee fail.

We arrived after 9pm, receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. Dispute it being a very cool evening and it was raining the room was uncomfortably hot, also very small to accommodate 4 people, family room with 2 adults and 2 children. Beds were comfortable enough for just an overnight stay before early departure to Gatwick airport. The room was so hot with no ventilation, I had read that a fab was in the room upon booking which I didn’t think would be any issue as a few weeks earlier the temperature had hit 40 degrees and only had a fab at home and had no problem sleeping, the fan provided in this hotel was not adequate enough to cool the room and automatically cuts off after a few hours. Needless to say everyone woke up with the unbearable heat. No one was in reception upon leaving to advise how uncomfortable the room was which I find surprising as premier inn state they have someone available 22/7?? I complained via website unpin leaving the hotel with very disappointing answers that the good night guarantee will not apply?? 2 replies later and not one mention as to why there was no representative at the hotel upon check out?? Will think again before booking premier inn and would definitely not book this hotel again as room temperatures are way to high.

This is a good Premier Inn hotel. Not great, but good.
The staff great and friendly, the rooms are ok and clean. Free parking.
However this hotel is in need of air conditioning. When it’s sunny the rooms facing the car park gets unbearably hot.
Good, but room for improvement.

Nice and easy to get to. Staff were friendly and the room was fairly good quality. Was only here for 6 hours due to flight so can't really comment on what it would be like to stay longer or eat, but would choose this one again for future travel.

Kerry on the front desk is one of the Rudest woman I’ve ever had the pleasure with dealing with in the hotel industry. I have traveled constantly in the music industry for the past 7 years, so that’s a bit of a statement as I pretty much live in hotels across Europe. This woman shouted at me in the lobby as our company forgot to book one of our rooms for an extra night. It was 15 minuets until checkout. Utterly disgusting behaviour from Kerry. Avoid this delightful woman while you stay at this lovely hotel.

Been to this premier inn a few times now and it’s always good. Rooms are always tidy and have enough amenities. The hotel is located on a main road so you can get the busy road traffic if the window is open but if the window is closed you can’t hear it that much
Absolutely love the breakfasts here. Have a wide choice from cooked breakfast including vegan options to cereal, toast, pancakes and pastries. They even include fruit and yoghurt for those who are after a lighter start to the day
The let down with this premier inn as that the rooms do not have air conditioning so in the summer the rooms do get very hot and stuffy but you are provided with a fan for use. In the winter the rooms do stay nice and warm and there is a thermostat for the electric radiator on the wall

Four of us went to Gatwick Crawley Town West for my birthday breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great - including black pudding! An extra bonus was that children under 16 are free. Recommended.
