As others have said, it requires aircon in the rooms, however they are comfortable and exactly what you would expect from a Travelodge.
We have had no issue with noise or antisocial behaviour.
The staff are fantastic, especially Luis behind the bar and Neil on reception who made us feel really welcome. Management need to recognise these people because it is because of them that people are made to feel welcome.

Such a disappointment!!!!

I love Travelodge's and stay atleast 6 times per year but lately the trips are becoming more and more shocking and I am seriously considering another alternative!!

When I arrived at hotel I was greeted by Rosa and given key to my room the key did not work she tried it and it also did not work so it was changed. Got into the room; my room was presentable however the road noise was unbearable(the room was infront of hotel) so requested that I be moved to another could not sleep there and needed rest.

To change this had to go downstairs I went downstairs however had to wait as there was no staff present. I was later informed there were only 2 members of staff on site (Rosa and Louis) they were both lovely and so attentive however they were incapable of keeping on top of if all issues.(my opinion)

Rosa apologised and move me same floor but lower down (this was much better).

As I started to unpack, to my surprise there was a loud noise (someone shouting) within the hotel and it got louder. I was so very shocked; I began to wonder where was I🤔. I complained and was told they would look into it however it persists so I tried to ignore it.

The furniture(desk and table) was visibly dirty looked like not been wiped for days. I raised this and when staff(Rosa) wiped it the cloth was literally black appeared not to be wiped for some time.

I was so displeased and contemplating leaving. I decided to take a shower and upon looking in the shower there was hair all over at this point I was almost to the point of having enough. As turned on shower water pressure was so low I had to scoop it with my cup as I needed a shower just so I could feel clean!

After all those issues the deciding factor was the black stain marks(looked like streaks) on the white sheet when I saw this there was no way I could stay there. Although it was extremely late and I did not know the area I got my stuff and left.

This was such a disappointment but there was no way I was staying!!!! Such a waste of my money!!!!!

Parking at £11 per night is ridiculous (local streets are permit parking only so no choice). Local area is rundown and noisy at night, room was hot so window had to be open but couldn't sleep with amount of noise outside. Hotel has a tired and run down feel to it.

We paid £250 for 2 nights including breakfast and WiFi. Honestly, for the money I wasn't impressed. The room had a very tired, run down, feel. Things not working properly, weird smells, sink blocked, radiator not working, lights also not working properly.. Rooms not cleaned daily... Had the same bed sheets for a week so felt like it was getting dirty, floor hadn't been hovered within this time either. I think there is a contract with the hotel and social housing as a majority of the people I came across had been placed temporarily due to housing issues. Whilst I stayed there, there thr police were called out EVERY night due to various issues relating to violence. Wouldn't recommend this place to families as it did not feel safe.
Breakfast -for £10 it's definitely not worth it, cheap salty sausages with a low meat content, no options for people with dietary needs, not gluten or dairy free options which makes it very limited with the food I could eat. Most staff lovely but the odd 1 or 2 not professional.

My wife and I were in Bromley for just one night and we decided to stay here having done so quite a few years ago, and it is so convenient as it is centrally located within easy reach of the town centre, restaurants and pubs. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the decoration and decor of the place had been kept as pristine as we recalled from our previous visit; there was no deterioration at all. Check-in was extremely quick, and we had a room at the back of the hotel away from the busy A21 road that runs passed the hotel at the front. We found that the room was exceptionally clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Our only slight gripe was that we found that the room a little hot while trying to sleep, but this is probably because we sleep in such a cold room, our preference, while at home. We took advantage of the underground car parking and we thought that the price paid for a full 24-hours was very reasonable especially for the obvious peace of mind that it gave us. Checkout the following morning was just a matter of putting the room card in a slot at the Reception Desk. All in all we thought that it was a very good choice to have made, especially at the cost which was very, very reasonable.

Would give this 0 stars if I could - stay here about 8/9 times a year and stayed this weekend for one night - room was awful stains on the carpet, smelt of wee, holes in the toilet door where someone has punched it - now come
Out in 8 bed bug bites. Awful hotel - tried to speak to the lady on reception who said well in all due respect we are a budget hotel?!? £140 for a night isn’t what I would exactly class as budget. Rude staff and vile rooms

So we came in and we went to the 4th floor and we went up. 1st impression was that it smelled a little bit weird and the windows weren't good at stopping the noise coming in. We stayed and the breakfast is good and the dinner. The problem is that it was very loud and I only got like 3 hours of sleep. I'm just going to say, I don't recommend coming here.

Incredibly disappointed @ £159 for 2 nights you’d expect parking to be included or at least discounted. You also had to pay for Wi-Fi. The tv wasn’t working properly. The guy on reception said he’d come and fix it but never came. The area seemed ok but the shouting and banging on doors at 3am on both nights was unbearable it felt like a halfway house for people on the streets. Will not stay here again!!
