Decent hotel. Very warm and helpful staff. Bathroom a bit cramped. Soap dispenser didn't work, informed staff, worked very briefly afterwards, but then broken again. But overall, a good place to stay, and good value for money.

It's a Travelodge so don't expect Hilton standards. The hotel is nice and clean with all the facilities you need for a short stay. I would not recommend staying here during extreme hot weather as it will be unbearable. However, it's the location that gives it the 5 stars. Surrounded by shops, cafe's, restaurants and directly above the Tube station so easy access to central London. Wembley outlet and stadium is a 15 minute work. Parking is right next door with Travelodge customers getting 50% discount with voucher from reception. Staff and cleaners were both helpful and available if anything was needed. Would definitely go back again.

The hotel is clean and staff are friendly but I can't really recommend it. We stayed in summer and the room.was incredibly hot. Too hot to sleep. No air con. A fan was provided but it had little effect. The window, as with all hotels, couldn't be opened more than 2cm so was also no help.
There was a breeze outside but because of the window being locked down we couldn't feel it.

Best experience at a Travel Lodge in London. Coffee machine with 2 pods, hot chocolate, kitkat bars on arrival made me feel welcome. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom looked new and clean. Had a good night sleep. Would love to visit again. Noise levels might be a bother for others as it's right above tube station. But it also means you are on Wembley high street near to lots of food options.

Great location to get on the tube to go to the main part of London. Hotel is newly refurbished. Everything was great. Highly enjoyed staying here. Close by is plenty of food and gym options and a short 20 minutes walk to Wembley arena and surrounding attractions. Veneta was extremely helpful in helping me rebook the room. I regret not staying a few more days.

We stayed for 3 nights, really comfy beds, took our granddaughter Mia. Great location to explore London and go to Harry Potter Studios.
We enjoyed a lovely freshly cooked breakfast each morning thanks to Frances. Having a fussy 9 year old, Frances went above and beyond to cater for Mia. Always with a smile and friendly welcome. We also enjoyed their pizzas on our first night. Real yummy. Fab location where we hopped on and off the tubes and explored so much. Thank you Frances. 😊😊

We visit this hotel very often, this time it lets us down. Although the room was looking clean the bathroom wasn’t. You could see genital hair on the floor. They haven’t even replaced the toilet paper from the previous guests. It’s was half a roll. Very disappointing. The breakfast wasn’t good too. The food was cold. The hash browns were burnt outside and raw inside, the same with the bacon. Some of them were burnt (you could break a tooth) and some uncooked. On the other side, location is convenient.

In my lifetime I’ve visited and stayed in many travelodges across the country. This has to be the worst of them. I had an infestation of ants in my room, when I went to notify the staff they didn’t seem to care. I have a phobia of ants therefore I had to check out almost immediately! The room was in poor condition. In there morning, the day I left for checkout there was a group of men walking around outside of my window, I guess they were surveyors of some kind.
They were rather loud and i couldn’t get any sleep. Also the people next door complained of the noise but I wasn’t making any.
By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Travelodge. I will never return here again.
