Very disappointing stay at this hotel. Rude staff. Heater stopped working and had to complain for that like 5 times, before it was fixed. TV was not working. On asking, we were told it would be fixed tomorrow. Took 4 days for it to be fixed. Later Wi-Fi stopped working, no positive response from the staff for that as well. Manager is very rude and has a very disrespectful attitude.
Dirty and small rooms. Bedsheets were dirty as well. Only plus point is that it is located close to station. Was promised a parking spot initially as well, which they later refused. Not reliable and not safe. Stay anywhere but at this hotel.

Amazing experience. Spent a night in this hotel with my partner and the room was perfect. A beautiful and homey little room with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. The room was clean and the building was easy to get to with how close it is the the tube.

I loved this room and the service was amazing. I accidentally left a Paddington Bear behind and contacted them immediately. They are holding him for us so we can pick him up. The staff here are responsive and so extremely kind. They are amazing people and this hotel is great!

Thanks to the staff for providing this experience for myself and my fiance ❤

If i could rate 0 stars I would! Advertises as breakfast included but when you arrive down in the morning to be told they don't do breakfast is shocking! Advertises tea and coffee in the room, another lie! Parking on site is tiny little car park no where near the hotel!
AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!!

Horrible, dirty place. The bathroom was VERY small and not very clean. We found a mouse in the bathroom when we came back one night and the owner tried to blame us for bringing it in??? (the mouse was literally already in the bathroom, it came through the wall because of some freaking tiles were missing!!!)
To be fair, we were offered a different room, which was only slightly better. The owner, however, decided we deserved some sort of punishment for complaining, so he went ahead and threw a bunch of heavy objects (couldn't see what it was) into a big metal garbage container AT TWO IN THE MORNING!! What a great guy!
The decor of the rooms also seemed quite outdated but I guess that's a matter of preference.
All in all not a great stay.

Super place to stay. I'm staying long-term working for the NHS 111 call-centre nearby. The staff are awesome and always helpful. I'm here for two months - my room is perfect for what I need. The heater and fridge are the two most precious devices in there. The TV is left on the news channels so I can keep up to date with this terrible virus situation. The Wi-Fi is really fast and reliable. Thanks Ali (the manager) for looking after me. 🙏💜

The worst hotel ever. In the room they don't have no table no chair no rubbish been. They call breakfast one type of bread and one type of corn flakes not give a proper spoon or plate. In the morning wake up all wet because they don't have ventilation in the room. This type of hotels don't have stars I don't know who give them 3 star

Lucky to have 1 star not by choice , Disgusting , rude workers speak no English . I’m Brazilian . My partner Filipino . No one could give us any towels or toiletries . Room was and is filth and small for the price , owner Ali only respects people who speak his language . Workers and owner make rules up as it suits them and will remove you from propert for having belongings or clothes on the floor of your own room , outrageous service . Hotel is unlocked and open 24:7 and has no receptionist. Again whoever you do meet who works there either looks like their parents are related or doesn’t speak English sometimes both . Don’t recommend even if u get paid to stay here . Especially Lyon house hotel . I pray the owner finds peace in his heart for removing and kicking out homeless people who was funding £520 a week to stay there from the council

Was supposed to stay here but redirected to another hotel about a five minute walk away, which smelt funny and you had to go up steep metal outdoor stairs in to get to the room. The room and bathroom were clean but the door with access to outside was propped open with a paint tub so it was quite cold.
