Rang up to find out if our booking had been confirmed today, got a receptionist who repeatedly asked me what the confirmation number was on my email despite my telling her I did not have one. Transpired she could not get into the system. I was in tears at the end of this. Absolutely dreading being there.

Desk staff were all helpful. Hotel was dirty and smelly. noise all night. main entrance was more like a meeting point for homeless, pissheads and crackheads. Didn't expect to be sharing Hotel with mental patients (no prejudice) awaiting place in hospital. Police and ambulance called in early hours due to knife incident. Overall, this place is a dirty shix hole and has put me off shixxy travelodge for life. Avoid if possible.

Hotel is a rip off no value for the price.
Desk staff was polite the cleaners was rude and noisy. The breakfast box is a bump £5.50 for 15p orange juice cheap croissant a child cornflakes packet a 15p flapjack and a prison milk. Tea and coffee stand in the room only has one milk sachet each. The bathroom was dirty. Wayyyy overpriced!! Travel lodge more like take all your money lodge for a prison experience..

A good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance.

We knew that we were staying in a no frills hotel but it was as basic as a 9p can of beans. The Guy on the desk was friendly enough but the room was dark and dingy, just a bed and one plastic chair and didn't have a lamp. We shall be booking earlier next christmas to make sure we can book Premier Inn which is also classed as budget but is so much better.

Rooms very basic, no storage, no hairdryer and basic tele.
No bath and after taking a shower the shower head dripped all night.
The escutcheon on the toilet inside door handle was missing and one towel has a lipstick stain.
Not impressed - was not what I expected from a relatively new hotel.

Staff friendly, room was filthy.. underground car park was full of rubbish and bottles of alcohol with no lighting at all and wasn't secure. Felt unsafe.

I was unable to sleep there and ended up at a friends house.

Staying in Sidcup I will say was a very bad experience for me,stayed four night and the room wasn't cleaned and the bed linen wasn't changed even when I went to the reception to request for my bed linen to be changed because I had itching skin because my skin was reacting probably to the washing powder that was used and I was told that they only change linen once in a week and i think that was disgraceful and breakfast was payed for with my bookings and that I didn't get ,I also requested for water to make tea and I was asked to get water from the sink that was in the bathroom and that again I felt was another disgusting thing and thier approach wasn't friendly.
