Premier Inn Rugeley hotel

All members of the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
The manager was always on hand to help and again very welcoming and friendly.
Sorry to say we didn't get his name.
Nice place to stay and would stay again.

Lovely stay for my daughters 40th birthday. Visited Litchfield and RTTW. Excellant base for both. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Only down points would prefer shower only rooms as mobility is difficult climbing into bath for a shower. I don't want to take up an accessible room. 2nd floor room and no lift.

Very helpful staff. Clean rooms, good parking facility. Very helpful staff....oh did I mention the lovely staff there? Yes I did. They are! One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed at. I have been here 6 weeks, still excellent service.

Clean room and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the receptionist went above and beyond and I'd like to say thank you as you are a massive credit to premier inn

Staff was lovely, even leant me a plug so i could charge my phone (forgot mine)
Rooms lovely and clean.
Friend reception and domestic staff.
Can't fault them

Staff were very very good but the room we had needed updating...the ceiling was mouldy where water had been leaking ... and lots of other faults needed attention...the cleaners had done an excellent job considering the problems with the room

In good location for our short trip away.
Room was clean
Shower was powerful and heating was lovely.
Easy to check in.
Ample parking
Breakfast offered.
Over all a good night's sleep and comfortable stay

Very helpful friendly staff nice clean rooms,great nights sleep,brilliant food next door.
I would be very happy to stay here again.. A* from me
