Staff were brilliant and we were allocated the disabled room as requested. - although was expecting twin beds.- didn't query it however as it was a minor detail. Only one slight concern. Although the bathroom had lots of holds etc - it was not possible to shower as there were no holds highenough up and my husband couldn't use the bath. A fold down seat or removeable one would be ideal.otherwise exceptional service all-round

I booked in to The Premier Inn Cobham on 25.09.2022
The hotel was ok. Being there for a funeral, we all just needed a bed to be honest.
The room had no milk when I arrived had to and ask for some and there were no glasses either, though they did appear when I went out. The shower in my room was broken, and it wouldn't turn off. As it happens, this was an issue in another room with one of our party's bath.
The pillows are awfulI had no sleep hardly for 2 nights. Now, this is where my score fell , when our other guests arrived the next day, for the funeral we were all attending they arrived at 2.30 pm and were refused check in. All they wanted to do was just check in. So they didn't have to do it late in the night. As it would have been very late. As it happens they wouldn't have been able to check in because there was no one on reception at midnight! And if there was they were in hiding!!
So funeral guests ha to leave the funeral and go back to check in! There was no flexibility what so ever! That to me is wrong! I have never known such poor form. What would they have done if they hadn't gone back? Sleep in the foyer? That policy is ludicrous! It has nothing to do with covid. The rooms are all ready by then. This has definitely left a mark on how I will make my choice for a premier inn going forward. Absolutely awful customer service and consideration!
Also. If you do stay here. Always go on breakfast for before 8am in the pub across the way, as they literally make sure you are out of the building by 9.15 and lock the doors. They will be getting an honestreview too.

I had virtually no sleep for

Nice quiet stay. Ample parking.. Great staff, especially Ryan who took the time to go the extra mile. Meals at the adjacent pub were great and much better than standard in-house hotel dining.

The heating thermostat didn't work and the man on duty had no idea. Said we had to turn the electric fire on and off to control the temperature. When I asked about a maintenance man I was told it would take a week. Mattress was lumpy and very old. Kept rolling into the middle of the bed. Not satisfactory at all.

Our stay at the Premier Inn was quite enjoyable! The person who checked us in was friendly, though there was a slight language barrier I felt when trying to ask questions about vehicle safety. The family room was very spacious, even with 3 beds in it. The beds were really comfortable as well.

I would have liked a lift though.

Excellent one night stopover for attending an event at Brooklands. Room was clean, comfy and quiet; bed huge with a great mattress; staff friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. What's not to like? Highly recommended.

While the location is great and the view stunning the rest of my stay wasn't as satisfying. There were only two staff members, who were expected to service all 50 rooms. I was really looking forward to having a relaxing, hot bath. This wasn't possible as the water was only warm, something about the boiler that keeps tripping. The room itself was clean and the bed rather comfortable. The TV wasn't working as it needed to be connected to the Internet, but when I asked reception, they didn't know. Trying to get hold of the reception was another story... I used my phone to call them, but they didn't pick up, when I went downstairs I was told that there's something wrong with their phone. Don't plan on a lie-in before breakfast, as breakfast ends at 08:45, also disappointing. One would expect for £72 (without breakfast) that the service would be a little better or at least have hot water for a decent bath. I might add, the breakfast was good. The restaurant isn't part of the hotel.
