The hotel entrance is very nice. The actual rooms and the level of service you’d expect with a 5 star hotel isn’t quite there. For starter you have to carry your suitcases to your room yourself which usually is fine, but in a hotel with thick carpeted floors and multiple non automatic doors this proves to be fairly difficult and inconvenient and definitely not what you’d expect. The rooms are decent and recently updated. The hotel gym is well equipped and better than most hotels

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. They have free wine every day from 6-7, which is nice. There is a bar that is attached to the building and a diner on the other side. The location is on a busy street, but the rooms are comfortable and quiet. The hotel isn't far from St. Paul's Cathedral. I wish there were more restaurants that were own later in the area. It seems like this is the business district and things tend to close earlier than other areas.

Came here for an afternoon tea with champagne to celebrate a family event. The food was delicious and the ambiance fantastic. A good selection of teas were available and the event felt special. However, I'm always left feeling overloaded with sweet options after afternoon teas and wished there was a balance of more savoury treats - despite having a sweet tooth!

The reception staff was definitely the craziest nice experience just warmly welcoming and made my day.

The rooms are just beautiful and top standard as you could only wish in any of them i have been. The free mini bar is also worth having a look, just a beautiful mindblowing stay in another one of these top of the class hotels! Thanks!

Its close to Liverpool Street station but the room needs to be better managed. Some rooms don't have windows as well. Turnover of rooms is also slow (almost everyone had to wait for their rooms at check-in at around 4pm). Service is mostly warm and professional but some staff members could be more friendly.

we visited Andaz end of September and we wanted to have a drink . The waiter was very rude and asked 'what do we want 'when i said we just want to have a drink, he raised his eyebrow and asked us to wait for him. He then went to serve some other people. we of course left and never go there again. A little bit of advice If your people don't have the right skills just don't hire them . it is so bad to be treated like that only because we wanted to give you our money and have some good time. NEVER AGAIN

Stayed here with my partner for an event near by. The hotel is amazing, all the staff were super friendly and the room was beautiful and super clean. Love all the decor it's a very trendy hotel. The best part for me though was the massage I received from emalena... the day spa next to the gym was a hidden delight that I found put about from another hotel guest in the bar. Will be returning cod another massage next week followed by afternoon tea. Can't wait!

What can I say? The location was perfect, right next to Liverpool Station, so arriving from Heathrow was a breeze. Exploring the city was easy by foot, since it close to so many great spots. The breakfast was great at 1901, the concierge helped us with concert and football tickets, the evening wine hour was a nice touch, and the room was nicely appointed. My only quibble is that our room faced an interior courtyard, which was lit up at night. The bathroom had a frosted glass window to the courtyard as well as a frosted glass door to the sleeping area. This was a little too bright for me, and there was no way to block the light. All in all, a GREAT STAY!
