I stayed there for 7 nights, overall it is excellent. This is a family-based hotel with more favorable price, convenience location to Excel London, and easy access to public transportation. Mr. Abdul is very nice and hospitable; the price is also with the free breakfast. If you look for a affordable hotel in London Area, I highly recommend!

Booked this hotel as myself among colleagues were attending a works event at the excel. The photos are very different and edited compared to the real rooms we also were put into the Annex which was down the street in a random renovated house which did not look very appealing or clean outside. My room was the first room near the front door which was a nightmare I did not get any sleep because all I could hear was people coming in late at night and the front door slamming and a window above the front door being open 24/7 didn’t help with the noise outside you could hear everything. The room looked like something you’d expect to pay about £80 maximum a night for not £160 each night! Carpets need renewing walls are marked and dirty and the bed was so uncomfortable and stains on the pillows and mattress. There was a door into a random porch shared with a room next to me which had a light with a sensor on which went off every few minutes and lit up my whole room throughout the night. The furniture was marked and worn and the bathroom was very cheap and rushed looking. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

It's absolutely right for the price, good for a work trip. Very friendly staff and a warm welcome, rooms are functional and clean, it feels secure, the area is fine if you're there for work. Free parking. Don't expect a luxury hotel, but that's not how it's priced or advertised. More like an Ibis with more personality and better service.

This is an interesting choice, it's not stylish, quite run down in fact. The location is really convenient for the excel even though its in a quite rough spot. However, the service was great, the welcome was very sweet. Was given a free breakfast and a bottle of chilled water. For the price, this is a good choice.

Good location for the Excel, less than 10 minute walk to Prince Regent Station and Excel entrance. The rooms are tidy, free WiFi available. Helpful staff, limited parking spaces available at back of hotel. Breakfast available, some decent takeaway shops close to hotel if hungry and not fancying a commute. Will likely return as reasonable cost.

The service is absolute friendly and helpfull. There is free fruit available at the reception.
The room is good, and perfect for a couple of days. The bathroom could have some small update.

Stayed here for 3 nights.Excellent service, £90 per night , couldn’t do enough for you. This was an unexpected stay, because of bad weather. Really nice place to stay. All to hand in the room. I throughly enjoyed my stay with my family . I would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed in the main hotel 2nd floor and were charged £198.00 for the night. Thought it would be a nice room, It turned out too be a standard double room which was a rabbit hutch. There was poo on the under side of the toilet seat and hair in the shower, the hall outside the room had a very strong smell of drugs, not what I would expect for £198.00 per night.

Stayed here before as it is close to the Excel, it was also reasonably priced before and acceptable but wont be staying again. There is a premier Inn and another hotel opposite the Excel at least you know what your getting there.

These family run hotels complain that tourist do not support them and use premier Inn etc but when you do try to be loyal yuo get ripped off.
