Room was filthy and had not been cleaned, beer cans all over my room and a random fridge freezer in the room! The room looked as though someone lived there!
The Night Porter was rude, disrespectful and appeared drunk! Refused to acknowledge my complaints and didn’t offer me an alternative room!
The fridge was noisy so didn’t get any sleep!
No toilet paper was in the room So had to have a shower to clean myself after going the toilet!
I want my money back!!

I would describe this as a budget contractors hotel. The whole place is very dated and tired. The bed is made up of a standard domestic divan base and a mattress thinner than a slice of ham, with no comfort. The TV was breaking up on most channels which may be to do with the area in general. The kettle is on a lead so you have to unplug it to pour it. There was no tea spoon, only a couple of paper straws, which are as much use as well... paper straws in a hot drink!!! The curtains are too narrow for the windows, so you have to choose which side you want the light to come in at 5AM! Inside the bath and the bath panel were both cracked. You also have a £50 security deposit, but really can't see why. However the room was clean.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty room, no soap, toiletries towels and a broken shower. Couldn’t even wash the next morning. Offered a £3 refund on a £111 booking for the ‘inconvenience’.

Booked the room for £67 and they don't advertise that they charge £50 deposit after the booking this is mandatory and if you cancel you don't get your booking refund back! Beware of this place they are cons! Reviews of rooms are terrible as well.

I am sorry to say this but having worked in a 5 star hotel in a prestigious Coastal Hotel, this place made me really sad. The hotel is run down and absolutely tired. Bedroom not at all in any star.

The hotel needs a revamp, everything needs to update. The mattress I could feel the springs digging into my back. Lefted early about 4am and approach the front door and couldn't believe my eyes, thick chains, and padlocked the front door. Climbed, over window to get out.

Cancelled booking 1 week before an event we are attending. Wont get money back until the day before the event. having to look at hotels 10 miles outside of Kettering now. Shouldn't of let people book if they had maintenance coming up. Disgraceful service.
