Ufford Park Hotel, Golf and Spa - Woodbridge

Love this place!
Food, excellent.
Room, spacious, very clean and comfortable.
Staff, helpful.
Facilities were busy but that's to be expected. Just be prepared to wait for things like jacuzzi, steam and sauna as there are lots of groups that want to all move around together which can be challenging if you're alone or just a couple. Also when you make your hotel booking, book your treatment at the same time. It's booked well in advance, the sign of a good spa, of course.
I'll definitely be back.

Staff are brilliant, especially the Spa team. Layout of facilities might be difficult for some with limited mobility as a bit sprawling, they could could do with issuing a map of the hotel on the key wallet. Lovely setting and room was comfortable. Thermal rooms need a bit of TLC but they do what they need to. Breakfast was good, well stocked bar. Dinner menu could be better, maybe include some lighter versions but what was served was tasty. Very good value for money, we intend to visit again.

Excellent hotel and staff, our second stay here we opted for a superior room with a balcony which provides a lovely view of the golf course, beds are incredibly comfortable, and rooms are presented impeccably.
The restaurant has also been incredibly welcoming, the food is incredible and staff are incredibly attentive, we have had breakfast and dinner both of which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Won’t be long before we are back again I’m sure.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely food, room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very welcoming and the facilities were very good. The spa treatments were amazing as were the therapists. I would highly recommend and will certainly be returning. It really made my birthday special

I arrived with my boyfriend for a full day spa session. We booked it previously through Wowcher, about 1.5 month in advance. I've never done anything like this before so I was a bit conscious and I didn't know what to expect, but how it turned out was absolutely brilliant. :) Before our trip I received a couple of calls from the spa to organise and complete the booking, they were making sure everything will be all right and ready before we arrive. Even if it was a slight change in the treatment plan, we received the smoothest and best costumer service. Upon arrival Gail welcomed us alongside with the lovely receptionist. The check in was quick, everybody was smiling and we were hosted through the spa, the swimming side and the daily schedule. We had a great lunch, the food was fantastic, Luca, who served us was very kind, the therapists in the spa section were professional and they made us feel relaxed and eased. The cleanliness was on point, I've constantly seen things refilled and cleaned. We had a couple of tough months behind us and this day was very much needed, we really waited it and we didn't disappoint. We have chosen the best place, I can only recommend from the bottom of my heart, even the other guests were just lovely. Thank you for all the staff, you are all amazing!

Lovely hotel with comfy rooms. The staff were very nice and pleasant. Breakfast and amenities like sauna/steam room were amazing too. Overall we had a lovely stay.
A small improvement could be a better regulated heating in the rooms which we adjusted with slightly open windows...

Checking in is a bit annoying as everyone is told to do it at 3. Meaning everyone is waiting at the same time with one person working.
The room is nice and big. Loved the little coffee machine in the deluxe room. Our bed wasn't made properly so had a few sleep issues. Also the fridge is quite noisy but again guess you can just turn this off if necessary. Lots of random banging and noises in the might. Sounds like the heating kicking in but MUCH louder. This was more of a problem but still slept for the most part.
We had dinner here in the restaurant. Possibly one of the best meals I have ever had in my life (see photos)
The spa is a bit confusing as there is an extra part which you can't access which was never explained and still don't know if you have to pay for this or not. The staff are okay for the most part.
Also the general look of the building is a little dated but I kinda like it like that.
Unfortunately on check out they tried to double charge us for the drinks we had at dinner which was pretty naughty. I'm glad we checked the bill twice and asked.
