Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed.

We came to the spa and had food and drinks to celebrate wedding anniversary. The spa and hotel facilities are beautiful. Great changing rooms with softest bathrobes. Cocktails and bar snacks were exceptional and lovey live music.

Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!

This was our first time staying at the four seasons in London. From the moment we got there, they greeted us With a big smile, and helped get feel right at home. The check in process was fast. We were in our room within 15 minutes. This was perfect because we had a long trip on the train from Paris to London. Our luggage was already waiting for us when we got into the room. They are also very thoughtful. They knew we had a four-year-old daughter coming with us and they had a nice teddy bear, waiting for her on the bed she loved it. A few minutes went by and we heard a knock on the door. Someone brought a nice arrangement of chocolates and a basket of fruits for us to enjoy super thoughtful. They also have one of the best indoor pool and spas that I’ve ever been to my daughter and I enjoyed swimming every morning. One afternoon we enjoyed afternoon tea at the rotunda. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a long time I highly recommend it. All in all we came out of this place very happy and pleased with all their services and amenities. I highly recommend your stay here when you are in London.

Natasha Forbes, the manager at this location, is fantastic. Her high level of customer service is exemplary. Our party of 8 people (7 rooms) had a nice stay. We had one issue and my husband told the front desk as a feedback, not expecting anything because housekeeping already resolved it. Natasha thoughtfully wrote a handwritten note to us with a plate of chocolates sent to our room. Nadya in housekeeping is very thorough and her attention to detail is appreciated.
The future for Four Seasons is bright if young leaders ike Natasha continue to rise in their management. I do wish the Rolls Royce was offered at this location too.

This is a lovely luxurious and elegant hotel with an amazing decor. There were tea and coffee provided in the room, a good size built in wardrobe and a desk for working.
There wasn’t a bath tub only an open door shower, all beautifully tiled. For what is charged, rooms could have been a tad larger.
The spa area had a large pool, steam and sauna room. However the steam room wasn’t working. It does need more sun loungers as these young girls tried to use mine despite seeing my belongings on it.
Service provided by staff were polite and professional.
For breakfast, l tried the Asian menu and my friend had the European one. I strongly recommend to have European breakfast as l the Asian one was disappointing. Nicely presented but lacked flavour in the noodles. The congee was bland and the century eggs should be dumped into the congee (not while cooking) to flavour it before serving. The dim sum basket, soy milk and fried dough was fine.
An overall lovely stay.

Just absolutely incredible. My whole family (my family, sisters family, parents, etc.) traveled to London from Florida and stayed at the Four Seasons Trinity. There were 10 of us, 6 adults, 4 kids, 3 rooms. All I can say is WOW. Everything about this hotel was perfect. The people, the service, the food, the warmth of the people, the happiness, the smiles, etc.....10/10. One of the most incredible hotel stays ever. This is the place to be. You cannot go wrong. Thank you for the most amazing trip and service. Everyone, everything. Door men. Concierge. Servers. Hosts. Bartenders, room service, housekeeping....10/10!!!!!!! We will be back.

Lovely location and probably the best stocked mini bar I have ever seen. The rooms are quite high tech and a wonderful spa (most importantly not congested and peaceful)
