Park House

Place was an absolute shambles 😠. Very unclean and unsanitary.
Basically had to clean the "flat" ourselves on arrival. Don't even think they did a quick whip round themselves before we arrived. Crumbs/dust in most/all kitchen cupboards and drawers. Sticky flooring, Cooker and microwave were an absolute joke... Food and grease everywhere, You'd need a grinder to clean one of the racks ☹️, in all honesty we gave up and just ate out for the duration of our stay.
Shower had to be scrubbed before use and has only 3 settings. Cold, lukewarm and 3rd degree burns, Can't adjust settings as it's been modified.

If your staying for 1 or 2 days you may be safe. Any longer you'll run into problems.

You do get access to Netflix, which was good but doesn't go anywhere close to making our stay anywhere close to enjoyable let alone relaxed.

My stay at Park House in Chorley was fantastic! Pamela and Janice were absolute amazing hosts! I was blown away by the apartment. It was clean, stylish and equipped with everything we needed including Netflix and WiFi, which was a bonus. We will 100% be booking again soon.

Excellent hosts. We travelled up for Ironman from Colchester, Essex. A good 4.5 hour drive. Pamela managed to allow us to check in 45mins ahead of schedule after hosting people the previous day. Massive thanks to you guys for that. Everything was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately I DNF Ironman so I’ll guess I’ll be back next year. Will deffo book up to stay again for sure. Great place. THANKS.

After recently staying for a 2 night stay... On my arrival my immediate thought was just Wow.. The appartment was immaculately clean.. Smelt Divine... Beautiful decor... I went on my trust and instinct... I was let down... Even a bowlful of tioletries if forgotten anything. Soya milk was bought for for my needs.. Bottles of water and a few cold beers... A bowl ful of sweets. Teas n coffees... And copious lovely cleaning products..im quite particular... The beds were very comfy.. Lovely to see Netflix on in living room TV and a fab bedroom TV too..All I can say is.. I don't hype things up... The Appartment was really lovely... Do give it a stay.. You won't be disappointed.. I wish I'd taken photos.. I will on my next stay. I've booked ahead with a friend a few more stays... 💞🌹🌹🌹💞

Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and clean. Loved all the extra touches and is great value for money. Will definitely return.

As good as it gets! Superb value. Immaculately clean throughout. A fully-equipped kitchen. 2 big TVs. Loads of extras eg bottles of water/beer in fridge, ice, unlimited tea/coffee, and huge amount of toiletries (even toothbrushes!). Free parking across the road. The road is very busy and noisy but soundproofing is good and you can't really hear it in the lounge/kitchen if the TV is on, and the bedroom is at the back so much quieter. Easy acces to motorway so perfect halfway stopover for anyone like us driving the long journey from N Scotland to S England. NB the 1/5 review was clearly fake so please disregard it.

Found this place on Airbnb looking for somewhere in our way up to Scotland, and this place was ideal as it is not too far from the motorway and it was still quiet at night for a good night's rest. Shower and toilet was good, and having access to a microwave, fridge, and eating utensils helped us greatly.

If I'm ever in the area or passing through again I will be checking if this place is available
