Premier Inn Ramsgate (Manston Airport) hotel

Bit disappointed with this place, I stay in a lot of Premier inns and can’t usually go wrong. The rooms are very tired, mould on bathroom grout. As soon as I walked through the door it stank of cigarettes. Was clear someone was smoking in the bathroom, maybe the cleaners as there were traces not flushed in toilet. I will definitely think twice about staying here in future. Really not good enough.

Pleasant staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was okay, but would have better if cooked items were self service like continental.

The accessible room was large enough for my sister's wheelchair to manoeuvre and had a sizeable wet room. the staff had put the requested 'elephant's feet on the bed so that it was a better height. Plenty of grab/support bars in the loo. It was fairly near the entrance so she didn't have the problem that is frequent in the mornings of trying to negotiate a corridor partially blocked by housekeeping carts. The only negative was that the room was showing its age a little. All new beds were being installed as we left. As is usual with these establishments , a nice quiet night

Excellent place to stay. Good restaurant next door. Stayed here a few times. Good location for reaching many tourist attractions in the area

Reading reviews i was worried. Check in was great very helpful gentleman. Room lovely and clean. Corridors very warm. Would stay here again it was lovely was great comfortable bed. Breakfast was not worth the money sadly let it down.

Waited ages for our expensive breakfast and when it finally arrived , all 4 of us wished it had never turned up . Im a builder so eaten alot of fry ups in my time and we all agreed that was our worst. The toast was really nice though but i toasted it !

As premier inns go this is just average the location is ok even though it's on a busy roundabout you don't hear any traffic, the room I had was ok but the bathroom was so cold even though the heating was on, I generally don't mind the cold but this was freezing, the shower was the main disappointment it lacked pressure and was to close to the wall so to get under it you have to pretty much stand over the mixer tap also there was some mould marks but only minor. The other thing that was disappointing was the view from the window as you can see in the picture attached it wasn't very nice lol. Staff were friendly enough and the food at the table table was ok, I would stay again if needed but would ask for a different room I think.
