Travelodge Camberley Central

When we arrived our room was given to someone with matching surname which meant even though we arrived in the evening we were made to wait for a considerable amount of time whilst they organised another room. On top of this the public toilets were filthy so I was left crossing my legs.
When we got in our room the bathroom floor had hair on it.
Other than that it was nice.

Stayed for one night and I wanted the convenience of proximity to the train station. I was impressed with this Travelodge. Freshly decorated, clean and there was a decent range of products for breakfast. All that and free parking. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing,very friendly staff very accommodating, we stayed there as it was local to Lapland as we had booked for the next morning. They were amazing with my children and they even sterilised my baby bottles. Absolutely amazing

A good little Travelodge close to all the amenities in Camberley with attentive service and a superb twin room. My only gripe was the stiffness of the door to my room as it did have trouble opening as I first thought my room card was not working correctly until the staff member assisted me in opening the door with a bit of a push.

Hotel itself is value for money and in a great location.
Breakfast is ok although food is borderline cold in a very cool room. Only downside

I attended a training day at Sandhurst and this Travelodge was a five minute walk away. Great room, king size bed. Everything that you need for a break. Lots of shops nearby and as town centres go this one is pretty decent. Also a two min walk from the station. Helpful staff, also good food in the bar as well.

Whilst the accommodation is absolutely fine for an overnight stay I would never, ever, stay here again. Chosen because it advertises Free Parking, in reality, their car park is patrolled by one Britain's worst parking control companies. Despite registering my vehicle with the reception desk I still received a ticket demanding £100 a week or so later. Travelodge managed (after several calls) to reduce the fee (not have it cancelled, just reduced and will not help anymore). It is false advertising to lure people in with free parking but conspire with a parking company to effectively charge paying guests.
I had no other problems there but it would seem that the hotel management itself would probably not have helped then, either.
The parking fee had to be paid as already they were threatening legal action. I would really urge fellow travellers to avoid this place.

Best Travel lodge I have stopped in Food excellent staff helpful and full of smiles and room brilliant. Shower lovely and hot and easy to use.
