I stayed here when i fojnd myself homeless and pregnant and was taken in with no problems. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was made to feel extremely welcome. Great place to stay.

This sint a hotel as advertised its a HOSTEL. For homeless people. It gives you a roof over your head and a door that locks until you can move on. Poor facilities. Fantasic staff and helpers. Big rooms, decorated well.

lesley was the most helpful person i met when i was put in there by mid suffolk only downside is there wasnt always a working washing manchine and hot water used to run out quickly on my landing in room 12
