First time at this hotel and it was a great experience. Nice clean rooms with fans provided. Fantastic staff and the breakfast was nicely cooked and very tasty. The only negative about the room was, there were no glasses in the room nor a mini fridge. I drink cold bottled water so it wasn't very nice drinking warm water. Apart from that, no other negatives. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Have not visit since covid sue to courses being cancelled and postponed.
However each time I have visit for social or work I have always been met with friendly staff and found the functions room to be immaculate.
During my training sessions breakfasts and lunch are provided, and they serve a really good buffet.
I have stayed overnight a few times, the rooms are lovely and clean with a good shower!
I was very lucky to find the rooms at a reduced rate as I signed up to be a exclusive member.
My best find so far is a family of 4 room for £35
I then added on the leisure pass and breakfast which totalled to £60! Excellent value
The swimming pool is lovely, nice and spacious with a jacuzzi and sauna.
The farm is only a few minutes walk so makes a lovely day out for those with young children.
I highly recommend the village in Maidstone.

One of the best Village hotels I have stayed in. Went here for my birthday as a one night stay from my girlfriend. Had a complimentary bottle of processco and birthday card from the Village staff here without my girlfriend asking or paying extra, just mentioning the reason for our stay. The staff were fantastic and accommodating. Its busy from regular gym and pool users and people using the bar and grill who are local but plenty of room to enjoy still if your staying. The bar and grill staff were also amazing. Cant remember the the managers name for the bar/grill but he was brilliant. Will and have recommended since our stay from back in July.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times now, all via my employer. Every time has been worse than the last.

The front desk staff are the only positive I can say about this place. They're helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and always have a smile on their face. Can't credit them enough!

The hotel itself is dirty, grubby and run down. The carpets look like they could give you a disease if you had direct skin contact with them The rooms on the 2nd floor were reaching temperatures of over 40 degrees (and I have proof of that). There is no air conditioning and only a single Dyson fan is provided in the room. I asked for a second fan and was given it but it was just blowing hot air around the room. I did not sleep at all on a number of nights due to the heat.

The cleaners don't clean. On a previous stay, I found a bright orange fungus growing out of the base of the toilet. On my most recent stay, the floor was not vacuumed once in my entire stay (6 weeks), the sheets were not changed on the bed for 3 weeks and when I asked for it was told that I wasn't entitled to clean sheets (they did do so upon me demanding it), the surfaces were not dusted, and shampoo/body wash bottles were not replenished and dirty coffee cups were not replaced. I kept on top of cleaning the room myself just to make it a somewhat pleasant place to stay. I can say they were good at replacing towels but that is the only nice thing I can say.

I may be asked to work in this area again but I will do so only on the insistence that I do not stay at this hotel.

I always try to stay at a village hotel, as I know what to expect. The staff are fantastic and the rooms lovely. I just wish air-conditioning was available, as the small Dyson fan doesn't do anything in the hot weather and can't be moved near the bed. Shout out to the young lady checking in people during the mornings (we stayed 18/08/2022 -19/08/2022). She was amazing helpful.

What a brilliant weekend at this hotel for my brother’s wedding! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we did have a lot of requests! (special mention to Mim) and everyone was so friendly to us all. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was first class and the bar staff did a great job. I will definitely be staying here again and will recommend to my friends.

The evening food is OK. We have had better.

We had few beers after the meal but then they closed the bar early, but then the bar staff seemed to be selective to who they served 🤔 and who they didn't. Strange set up! There was was bar guy with big black round earrings who was particularly rude and not friendly at all. We got the feeling that it just seems that customers enjoyment is not important and an inconvenience.

The acoustics in the bar / restaurant are really bad. There seems to be to many hard surfaces and the voices at the other end of the room seem to bounce around and is just makes everything loud. Not a good design at all.

The rooms seem to have a issue with dust, the TV screen it seems has never seen a duster. It seems they don't clean the rooms properly.

We did come across the room cleaning staff in the corridor, but one of them was on her mobile phone. Pointless trying to talk to them..

The breakfast was cold because they filled the container on the self severe counter with cold beans, which made everything else on the plate cold. It spoilt the breakfast to be honest.
The queue to the self severe counter was too long to go back again, so didn't bother.

The positive thing at breakfast was a older member of staff. She seemed to work hard in a busy environment and she brought us to properly cooked eggs. She was a genuine nice person who seemed to care.

We was going to make comments about out experience when booking out; however, the two staff where to busy chatting together to notice us. We put the door card in the box and left.
