One of the best Premier Inn I’ve ever stayed. It locates in high street so all the shops are in a short walking distance. AC is incredibly effective. Transportation is great. The room smells nice, and quiet. Price is great if you book like 2 weeks before the travel. Def recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

What an incredible stay. We couldn’t even feel the heat wave in the hotel as the air con is so effective. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and Tegan went above and beyond ensuring we had the most lovely experience and food. She was delightful continuously. The hotel is so well presented also. Even on arrival the receptionist Bernardo was lovely and welcoming. We looked to extend our stay as the children begged me to but there was no availability. Bernardo even sent us off with a cup of ice the next day to keep the children’s water cool in the high temperatures. Thank you thank you, so happy here.

One of the best premier inn hotels I've stayed in. Staff were absolutely fantastic and the chef was very accomodating for those in the restaurant. Shout out to Bernardo from the front desk, always has a smile on his face, greets everyone going past and makes a real effort to remember your name. Keep up the great work all!

I am giving it three stars as there is no parking. There is free parking behind the hotel and in the two rivers shopping center which is only free between 6pm and 7am.

Its expensive being 12 quid all day.

Hotel is typical premier inn, good breakfast attentive staff.

Location is bang in the middle of a shopping area, but it is dead at night and weekends.

Absolutely amazing hotel. For the price it was perfect. We paid for breakfast too which was fantastic. Great variety, friendly staff and prompt service. The hotel itself overall was so clean we were grateful and exceeded expectations. No dust even in the stairways. Room presented well. Basic but that's what you pay for. Beds and mattresses clean. Carpets clean so we didn't have to worry about the children. Easy to find and parking just behind the building too. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely use again. Thank you

Stayed here for a while just a few months ago. The place is clean, smells nice and I felt safe. The staff are friendly and accommodating, it felt like home. Although they only serve breakfast & dinner, the food is superb, kudos to their chefs! I’d like to mention that Tegan, one of the restaurant staff who made our stay memorable because she was funny & bubbly. I’d definitely recommend this place! 5 stars isn't even enough for a rating.

This hotel is conveniently placed for anything you could need. The restaurant and bar are fantastic, the prices are very reasonable. The staff are all polite, professional, and helpful. The only reason i dropped a star on the rooms is because the TV channels were extremely limited, the only one I wanted, BBC News, was not available. But Sky Art was. I watched Border control. Otherwise the room was great, clean and comfortable. I'll definitely return.

Rather nice hotel that's by the end of the high street in the middle of the town.

Good modern rooms with decent beds but the family rooms are a bit smaller than others from the same chain.

The reception is on the 1st floor by the restaurant.

Parking is very limited and isn't cheap.
