Although our reservation started off badly (booking.com cancelled it) once we were sorted and had all the details we had a really lovely stay. The bed was really comfortable with loads of pillows! The TV had Netflix on it and the whole place was absolutely spotless! The shower was a little hard to use and the temperature control wasn't the best but it was still a nice experience. Would probably visit again but make sure I have more comfortable shoes as it took us 20mins to walk the the shops

Room was lovely, looked out onto the garden area, was very quiet, bed was comfortable, everything you need for an overnight stay or longer😊

Stayed for work trip.
Spotlessly clean & great value & quality. All things you could possibly need in room, kitchen & bathroom. Better than many chain hotels & manager was very helpful on my arrival.

This is a scam. It is not an apartment, it is a tiny room with a microwave, a strangely large fridge, and a communal kitchen. No dining space, no proper cutlery or crockery, no seating space, just a bed and a wardrobe. At least the bed was comfortable and the heating worked! The parking is mostly on street. Rubbish place, don't bother.

I booked to stay here for two days, but on the morning of the booking I got a message asking for photo ID and a copy of my bank card (they said it was ok to cover some of the numbers). They said this is because they don’t have a reception and it was to give me access to entry. Now I often stay in Airbnb’s, and never have I been asked for this information and I wasn’t comfortable sending them. The manager stopped taking my calls or booking.com’s, so I didn’t know if I still had my booking. Long and short. I did get charged and neither the manager or booking.com have responded to any of my messages to get me my money back. I would strongly suggest, thats only book this place if you’re happy with this arrangement, as it doesn’t say that this is what is expected anywhere.

We booked 2 nights stay using bookings.com. Despite using a valid credit card, we got a message that booking was cancelled ‘not a valid card’ Actually the owner was trying to charge the card illegally for additional sums. Anyway he sent a text to confirm the booking. He advertises parking which is a street parking and HARDLY available. The property got a CCTV Camera in the kitchen which will never happen anywhere in the world. Faulty showers, manager NOT available whenever called, despite promising refund, refused. Most reviews are fake and paid by the owner on bookings. The guests have to rely on a thermostat for heating which is locked and set by the property owner. So if you feel cold, you are told to go out and open the kitchen door. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
