I went to stay there for my night before my wedding Day the chef bent backwards for me and one and Joanne was fantastic they both were of my maid honours. I will be back again at some stage to thank them for their beautiful service the food was outstanding 👌 👏 will even work with the chef and Joanne without pay as I am chef so I can be your right hand woman. I had a good night sleep too. my Day was fantastic it went smoothly I love Joanne I would love to help in anyway I would love to join your team. All my Love Joanne Hemming is now Joanne Lees. I will pop in with photos soon and gifts for the chef and Joanne she made me and my cheif Bridesmaid and my assistant was amazing. cannot wait to see Joanne all my Love Joanne and the chef again

Fantastic location for the inner city hotel.
You can walk to most things within 15 minutes.
The reception was clean and tidy and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good, with a good selection of hot food, this was nearly cooked to order so you may have to wait a couple of minutes if there isn't a full counter - it's worth the wait. The two chefs we saw were really friendly.
Tea, coffee, milk top ups were available all day and night - which is really good.
Parking is just at the back of the hotel - use the App - information by the pay metre - saves coming back every 24 hours to top up your parking.

The hotel is in such a great place in the city centre ideal for exploring the surrounding areas, the staff where really friendly and the rooms where spotless I can’t fault any of that, however if you wanted to eat the service is horrifically slow and as it was near the end of the night when I arrived due to travelling up I got told “if I want to eat dinner it had to be now.” Which I thought was quite rude at around 8pm, the restaurant was on a limiting menu which makes no sense as covid restrictions have been lifted, they didn’t have half the staff on the limited menu which was even more disappointing and then to top it off the burger I had was under cooked and I got food poisoning for the duration of my stay. My advice is don’t rush people who have taken 3 hours to travel to you, cool the food properly, and sort the limited menu nonsense out it’s really disappointing. The positive note is the room was clean and the ideal place in the city centre

This hotel looks like a Premier Inn and the staff are excellent, but the rooms (I tried 2) smell like a musty old church with a dash of air freshener. My room wasn’t serviced in the 7 nights I stayed, so I had to ask for fresh towels mid week. You can top up your tea and coffee supplies in the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent, and again, the staff are some of the most friendly hotel staff I’ve met.

The staff are absolutely delightful. They really go above and beyond. Clare was working in the restaurant and I witnessed her being an absolute angel to all the guests. She assisted and elderly couple who were ill and ran out to check if their cab was here because it was raining. Such an absolute gem. The woman who checked us in was also lovely, very friendly and hospitable. Room was clean and comfortable, excellent location.

The rooms are clean and very confortable. Breakfast was great freshly cooked and as much as you can eat.
Every member of staff were lovely and so helpful. We look forward to staying here again hopefully soon.

Overall, it was a good overnight experience. However, I have only given the service 3 stars due to the booking in procedure. It was New Year's eve afternoon. People were having to queue out of the doors as it was so busy. There was only one member of staff booking you in and rooms were not ready. Having said that, the lady booking you in was exceptional 👏 Very calm, friendly, and professional. A credit to the company . Once in our room, we could not fault it and staff the restaurant for breakfast were very efficient and friendly.

Usual good Premier Inn standard. Very comfortable bed and clean, well maintained room.
Pity the lift wasn't working as we had to carry bags up to the top floor. Staff didn't respond well when asked about the lift.
