Great service. Very comfy beds.

Our first stay in a New Inn and it was great.

All the staff were very attentive and helpful even bringing up extra milk cartons to our room.

New carpets were being laid in the corridors and the chemical smell was a little unpleasant but none of that made it into the rooms.

The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed supplied including a hairdryer (not always supplied in some hotels). We had a back room looking out onto shrubbery and trees so it was quiet.

Best of all the beds were very comfortable. It's the first time I've stayed anywhere and slept well on the first night.

Plenty of spaces in the car park and registering for free parking was a quick and painless experiences at reception.

The location can be tricky to get to off the confusingly marked roundabout. Check your lanes and you should be OK.

Had a couple of visits here over the last couple of weeks, I have to say it was an absolute pleasure (even though it was a working visit!!) The staff are extremely friendly and engaging, a special mention to Gavin, Rachael, and Jaz… What a lovely team. I spend a lot of time in Holiday Inn and this is easily the best one I’ve stayed in nationally. I’d definitely recommend especially if you need to drop by for a conference, or a small meeting in the bar/ lounge area. The food is also great and the facilities are immaculate and stylish which makes a huge difference too. Keep it up guys. Hopefully I’ll see you again :)

Room nice and big and clean. We had a fridge in our room which was great. The breakfast was really nice. Dinner was nice very expensive. Staff on desk very friendly and helpful. Manager in morning pleasant to customers but didn't like the way she spoke to staff in front of customers not very professional. Overall great hotel would recommend.

I didn't actually stay at the hotel. I was there for a wedding reception... I couldn't not write a review as the service and professionalism from Hannah, Lily and Barbara was second to none.
I saw them several times throughout the duration I was there and they were always happy to help and went the extra mile with almost everyone guest I saw them interact with, not just myself.
They basically ran the whole wedding reception too!
Simply fantastic staff, Holiday Inn Oxford are lucky to have them and other hotels should get them in to train their staff!

Stayed here for six nights. Easy access to and from the nearby motorway, and a pleasant, scenic short drive to several area attractions. Very attractive and inviting interior. Rooms are clean, well appointed, with very comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast with an extensive selection of hot and cold items, and our room rate also included a delicious three course dinner. Free onsite parking.

But the biggest plus is the hotel staff. Every single member was welcoming, personable, and helpful. We must single out two of the front desk staff, however, John and Kevin. They were both so kind and helpful, giving us great advice on what to see and do, how to best get around the area, and just making us feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you both for making our stay so memorable.

Excellent. Great service at the front desk. I was a walk-in on Sunday 4 September, and the manager at the front desk was helpful and efficient and welcoming. He offered a good price, too. The maid service was great. Better than most places I've stayed the past few years.

Came for an evening meeting in one of the conference rooms. The room was a good size for our meeting and was clean with good facilities. The food provided was decent and included particularly good chips. The conference room toilets were spotlessly clean. We also were granted free parking as we were using the conference venue. I'd definitely be happy to come here for another function in the conference rooms.

Stayed here for one night for work at Oxford University the next day. Parking overnight was reasonably priced.

It was about a 15 minute taxi ride to Oxford University. The hotel was located in a quiet area off the motorway. I'd read reviews about the town centre being noisy at night, so it was great to stay somewhere quiet, but close.

Breakfast was great with a wide selection and it was very fairly priced.

I would stay here again.
