Voco Oxford Spires, an IHG Hotel

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location is a 20min walk away from Oxford centre making it very easy to visit and see the town.
Hotel had good services with a pool and spa treatments, although these were not available during our visit due to refurbishment.
Parking was a little expensive at £15/night (must leave by 6pm next day)
Beds and room amenities were comfortable and well maintained. Only issue we had was direction to the rooms was a little confusing.

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago with friends. We had a nice time then and wanted to return again for our 44th Wedding Anniversary. We had a lovely time and were made to feel special. All the staff were so friendly and really helpful. A special Thank you to Cassandra and Gonzales, who made our Anniversary meal extra special. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and a very warm welcome from Raj and V on the reception desk. We will definitely be returning again soon. Thanks again.

I travel a lot and this is perhaps my favorite lodging ever. It checked all the boxes for me and their attention to detail was outstanding. The staff in particular was awesome. There was a slight queue for breakfast but they were very organized and got us seated in less than 5 minutes. Its about a mile to city center but there's a path from the parking lot to a river path that is very nice. I'll definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Oxford.

Lovely location, with fields and the river behind the hotel and the ability to stroll along the river into Oxford centre. Staff excellent, warm and friendly across the board. Breakfast excellent. Stayed in October, found the room over-warm in pleasant Autumn weather when the system had already been set to heating. Parking is expensive bearing in mind it is on the hotel's own property. Recommend a balcony room, pleasant to sit out in good weather with horses and geese in the field opposite your room.

This is a very lovely property and not your typical hotel. Although the rooms are fairly typical the property itself is quite interestingly laid out. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed ending our evenings in the lounge with a glass of wine. It was a lovely atmosphere.

It was ideal for walking into the town and the attractions. The service was good although a little slow at times in the restaurant. Food, particularly breakfast was very good. The pool and spa tub was great. The standard room was as good as any other room I have stayed in, unremarkable but very nice. The beds were particularly comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a Christmas party dinner here and it was amazing. The staffs were very friendly and cheerful. One even offered to take us a group photo. The meal was good as well and I was able to try them all which is very rare for me as I only prefer African food. The decorations were so beautiful and the music was good as well. All in all, it was an amazing experience. Looking it was very easy for me

Excellent service! We arrived early and were able to check in straight away even though we hadn’t prearranged this. The receptionist Lilly was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Best of all was the hot stone massage given by Natalya. She put me at ease straight away. I knew it was going to be a great massage when she told me to relax and switch off my brain. It was 55 minutes of pure relaxation and therapeutic healing. I would wholeheartedly recommend a massage with Natalya. She was excellent!
