Stayed here during our trip to the festival of speed. Car park spaces were limited due to shipping containers taking up spaces and it was quite tight for a bigger car. On the plus side room was good and breakfast was very nice 👍🏼

Easy parking, clean and tidy room. Our room had no air conditioning but even on a hot day the window being left open gives enough to keep the room cool enough. Bathroom was small and the shower pressure nearly took your skin off but we didn't mind that. Its a premier inn and a decent one at that.

Our experience of staying here was extremely disappointing. Very noisy, vermin in the car park, something went missing from our room. Customer service shocking and dismissive. Made a complaint and basically told they can't responsible for any of these issues. Despite our friends making the same complaints and received a full refund. Emailed the manager on duty and never responded. Appalling we will never return to this hotel or any other premier Inns. Think carefully before booking

Nice hotel. Lunch good quite good. Breakfast awful. Food not really cooked properly. Sausages looked pale not browned off same with bacon. One toster not working. I cannot believe there was long queues waiting outside just to get into the restaurant let alone to get food!! Absolutely mayhem!. Also location as trying to get a taxi was just impossible. When securing a taxi, the taxi was up to 50mins late!!!!

Not sure if this is specific to this hotel or a new policy throughout the chain. However, OMG, this was the coldest, poorest hotel 2 x night's sleep I've ever experienced and I've stayed in $5 a night s**t holes in the middle of India. The thermosat is now set on timer of around 3hrs. So you can turn it up when you go in the room and it warms up well to be fair. But once you sleep and it clicks off, within 1hr you're frozen. Woke up twice the first night freezing, and second night and I warmed the room up to 28c before sleeping so only woke up once around 4am when it had dropped to 16c reading but felt like I was inside a fridge.

Restaurant next door was always ok but this time service was garbage, staff actively trying to avoid customers to save from actually having to do anything. food was pretty good though to be fair.

Unfortunately for Premier Inn, this means I will be going elsewhere next time. Unfortunately for me, I have to come to Basingstoke quite often, the roundabout capital of the world.

Great, stayed for a one night visit to Basingstoke, location is just out of town and on the leisure park so there are things to do in an evening. Used this Premier Inn before and is the stay of choice when visiting relatives or attending Thruxton Race Circuit.

Room clean, bed is very comfortable. The restaurant for breakfast in the morning was lovely and plenty off choice to choose from
