Premier Inn Wellingborough hotel

NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! trying to confirm bookings, and ensure the 2 rooms i booked were adjoining as it was a family weekend, tried calling for weeks, WEEKS! beforehand, and not once anyone ever answered to phone.
We arrived however, and all was good, staff were friendly, had a nice family room, and a relatively quiet restful night, not 100% but to be expected with other families on the same floor, and the occupants above us i think were part time cattle!
But on the whole, nice rooms, everyone happy and tired after a long drive, booked tables in the Dog and Duck across the road, highly recommend, decent food after a long day

Nice quiet room. Very warm on a night but had a fan provided so wasn't too bad. Beefeater is very expensive and portions are weighed out so they're small. I had to eat 2 mains to be full the first night. Rooms are quite dated but perfectly useable. Staff are lovely.

The floor seems thin and footsteps of others on the upper floor can be heard clearly. It is annoying at night. The staff are positive and friendly though. Not the usual experience I got from other Premier Inns.

The reception lady was very helpful even organising taxis and places to go with elderly family housekeeping was perfect

Usual good quality room, beds are excellent. Just what we expected.

Perfectly good enough for what I needed. Easy to get to, plenty of stuff around it and it's a Premier Inn and they're consistently good places to stay

Nice comfortable, clean place. Helpful staff and free parking.

Great price, and lovely sized family room, the staff were so helpful and nice
