MJB The Beeches Hotel

It was a nightmare!! Sweltering hot, no fans, storage!! The smell of Weed when you opened the front door and it also seeped into our rooms. The teenage, drunken party out side our room, made for a sleepless night. No shower. Then when we returned to our room the following day after a morning outing..... we found that someone had been into our rooms and put a whacking great screw into the window 'gutter' so that the window could not be opened all the way, so even less air could circulate in the rooms. We packed up and left, the extra £100 at the Holiday Inn was well worth it. Don't even look at the add, it's horrid. Rather pay the extra there are Travel lodges, Premier Inns and Holiday Inn all over Norwich, rather go to one of these!!!!

I checked in at 4 30pm then i checked out at 7pm.
reception lady took her personal call while I was waiting ages, no effort to welcome, unable to hold a conversation. no communication skills, unwelcoming attitude.
roller blind in room had no cord on it to operate it's
Dirty t-spoons and the last customers stale water in the kettle.
filthy room and unwashed tiles in the bathroom.

I will never eva go back.

Even 1 star is too much for this hotel. This place is just a crap. I strongly recommend never to book this hotel. It was more like a prison. I even say worse than prison. No heating at all. Booked 2 rooms for me and my colleagues. Happens to be the worst nightmare of my life. I called customer service and instead of offering me an apology the lady was very very very rude. I spent the worst nightmare of my life. 2:30 in the morning somebody knocked my door to give me a small electric heater. I strongly believe that no body should book this hotel. It is even worse than worse. Biggest nightmare of my life

This is not a hotel. It is a dirty place and I would have to be paid to stay here. It is budget, but stinks of smoke. We had paid to St, but left without spending the night here. Bannister rods broken on the stairs and "mended" with sticky tape. Some are completely missing therefore dangerous. I am wanting to report this place to health and safety. The windows are boarded up.

To be honest, I don't know how to describe this hotel. I never see something like it in my life time. OMG! I have booked 3 nights but I am giving up 2 nights for my sanity. It is making me sick. There is not central heating and it single glase glass. So imagine how cold the room is? In all truth, this hotel doesn't deserve a single star. It must be shut to the public. It is nothing like an Hotel. It is a shed.

the carpet is filthy, the windows are cardboarded and lock with nails and cannot be opened, the bed sheets are not clean, the bathroom floor is dirty and the smell in the room is unbearable.
The pictures on the website looked mutch different.

Its a hostel and the bed takes up most of the room. The showers/bath and toilets are shared. But everything was nice and clean and staff friendly and helpful. Our double room had TV and air condition unit to keep it cool . The hotel is easy walk from the centre. The only issue is there is no free parking you have to use the site next door and pay for parking when you book.

I jest come tonight here. In the photo the are show the room it's big. But it's like a morgue . No toilet in thet bed. I can't say it's a room because only 1 bed insayd u can't move in. It's cost u 28£. I have a panic atak. I ask the reception for normal room. She say she gave apartment. 57£. It's not apartment. Jest 1 room and bedroom. The are make something like kitchen but ewen no 1 glass for drink woter.no 1 plant to make hot something in micro. I pay for 10 days 550 £ and u have to pay for 24hour parking 3and half £ extra for ur car. And the APART IT'S COLD. So I WANT BEG MY MONAY AND I WILL CHECK OUT. I SLEAP IN MY CAR ITS MOOR GOOD
