George & Dragon Hotel

Had to find accommodation last minute and these guys went above to see if they had a room free. To our surprise they did and the room was incredibly well decorated, very comfortable, and the staff very helpful too! It’s very affordable too, even for a last minute booking.

We needed a last minute room and they managed to accommodate us within an hour. We were very grateful for their help and for how friendly everyone was. The room was absolutely incredible and a well welcomed rest, everything about our stay was perfect! I’d highly recommend.

We went here for a Rock Night 'disco'. Good music, good beer/cider. It was a well attended evening so the bar staff were kept busy. If you enjoy rock music I would definitely recommend a visit on Rock Night. The venue does have live music nights, check media for dates.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Cosy, homely pub downstairs with coal fires and a wide choice of real ales, well appointed room which were spotless and well appointed. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming and the bar itself has a nice friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.
