Terrible experience. Were given rooms directly in front of the lift which was extremely noisy hence not a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was pretty lacklustre..no idea which utensils were meant for the non meat items so I used a table spoon to get my eggs.
I thought all premier inns were of a consistent good standard... clearly not!

I have mobility issues and so I booked an accessible room. It was on the third floor and could not have been further from the lift. I had to carry a bed frame, which I need to get in and out of bed, and then another journey with my bag. I walk with a stick and only had one hand free to carry anything.

The wet room shower complete with seat was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.

However, at night the heating was turned off/down and I was freezing. I couldn't get to sleep and went to see the night porter at 2.00 am. He simply told me that the temperature was set to 23 degrees and was automated.

This was not true, but he did not investigate or do anything, so I went back to the room and tried to sleep with all my clothes on and the quilt.

Around 6.00 am the heating started up again and the room got warm. I was exhausted by then and had to leave after breakfast for a hospital appointment.

I have stayed in many Premier Inns, and this was very unsatisfactory.

Probably the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. Combined with the worst customer service I've ever received from an organisation. Rooms were roasting, even although it wasn't overly warm outside. Broken sleep throughout the night and then they refused to refund or offer any compensation in relation to their good night sleep guarantee which appears is a scam. Doubt they have ever paid out on this. Avoid at all costs. Travelodge across the road is much better value for money having stayed there before

The staff that were working on the 1st of November, really went above and beyond for us. We were stuck in the Arnold Clark garage, after the barrier was put down by mistake; and the reception staff allowed us to make hot drinks, whilst we waited on a room. A crazy night was made tolerable through kindness. Thank you.

Room on 2nd floor. Very clean. Bedding was off good quality with delicious pillows. Bedside lights perfect. Ample plug sockets. Room temp perfect and controllable. Bathroom has full facilities for a person with reduced mobilities/disability. This was a request.
Restaurant. Food cooked to perfection with a great choice from continental and cooked buffet. Lovely to make a pot of coffee myself.
Staff. Very professional but friendly and could have a laugh with. Needed to stay two extra nights and wasn't an issue to stay in same room.
Car park had ample spaces with good lighting and security.
Only suggestion is to put a sign up on road entrance.
Thank you to all members of staff.

It's alright. Price of the rooms are fine for what they are.
Breakfast isn't worth the money. better off finding a wetherspoon. If you would prefer to have breakfast here just stick to the continental.

Really like this hotel and the staff. It's a friendly modern comfortable place, and the food and bar are excellent. Great
value hotel.
