Staff were amazing, their care and friendliness were great and they were very professional, BUT they are 100% understaffed which led to some bad experiences.

No proper reception, so if you arrive while 1 of 2 staff are dealing with others, you will wait just to be checked in. The room was not cleaned/tidied up when we came the following evening back, i had to call reception to request towels, but because none were at reception- no one answered the phone, so had to go downstairs where a friendly staff member helped straight away. The menu in restaurant is same and limited for a whole week, however the quality of food is AMAZING.

Again the two key staff members dealing with reception, bar and restaurant were brilliant!!!

I just wish they had extra man power because at their prices for Wales, those mistakes were not acceptable. People pay for experience - experience was undermined.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! And very friendly staff! Our whippet had a lovely time running around the grounds and the rooms were clean and extremely well kept. I do wish they served cocktails!

Lovely room, lovely service and good food. Dropped a star as prices for the food were too high based on a comparable. Sadly understaffed so service despite being lovely was super slow.

The grounds need attention, weeds everywhere even the heli pad covered in weeds. The outdoor furniture tired plus carpet runners to french doors quote worn.
Still a wonderful setting

Langoed Hall is almost perfect. The hall itself is stunning, the gardens are stunning, the rooms are what you would expect. I assume it is struggling with the lack of staffing that the whole industry is at the moment, so the service and food is slightly lacking, they were all good just felt stretched. Please go, these places need to be used!
The wine list seems very overpriced.

A lovely place to stay, spacious rooms, evening meal was very good but the breakfast was disappointing

Popped in on the off chance they served food. Closed for repair works but met the staff who were super helpful and provided us with some of the history of Llanoed Hall and allowed us to have a wander around the gardens.
Will make a point of going again and staying once it's back open.

Lovely venue.
Usually good food.
Christmas grotto left a lot to be desired. Maybe next year would be better.
