Absolutely perfect. Yes, there is no lift, so if you are not able to carry your bags, the staff will do it for you. If stairs are not for you, neither is this hotel. The owners are the staff. Their meticulous attention to detail, as well as their availability for whatever a guest may need, makes this a wonderful place to stay. Traffic out front is present during the day, but not at night. The views of the sea and surrounding geographical features are outstanding. The food is very good and very reasonable. As we had read about crime on other reviews, we were curious to see what exists. We encountered only one crime: A seagull attacked my ice cream cone and smashed it onto the boardwalk. Other than that, no crime that we saw, experienced, or heard about. We look forward to straying here again.

This hotel is excellent. Chris and Stephen are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The room was spotless and a good size for two people. The breakfast is 10/10, the best fry up I've probably had. It was a pleasant surprise that Chris remembered how we liked our breakfast each morning. You can tell they enjoy what they do and lots of effort goes into the business. I look forward to returning!

This place is great. The 2 lads running it are at the next level of service. Nothing is to much bother always cheerful. They make it look easy. Rooms are spotlessly clean along with the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Y Nor, excellent food, spotlessly clean, Chris and Steve were perfect host, nothing too much trouble. Will definitely come back!!!

Stayed here for 3 nights Excellent stay, breakfast lovely and very filling set up for the day, had an evening meal..superb, rooms clean and tidy, Chris and Steve couldn't do enough, nothing was too much trouble, will definitely book to go there again, highly recommended

Decent little Hotel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. My room was quite dated, especially the bathroom and carpet - window would not open, even when forced. Would happily stay here again.

Lovely short break at this hotel. Very clean and great sea view location close to the Promenade. Owners are also a delight. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing base to explore Llandudno or North Wales in general.

The service was the best we have had all trip. They even took our bags up to our room and brought them down at the end. Being on the third floor overlooking the beach was wonderful. Would stay again.
